Nice apartments in the new building in city center. One minute from famous pedestrian street. Reception at 3rd floor near elevator. Clean new white sheets and towels. Average cleanliness of the room. Large balcony.

Huge room! Very clean and superb location for a hotel. Automated check in and check out.

Very clean and easy to access, had great time

Only limited basement parkings available for SUV, mostly are parking for disabled person, park at your own risk if u insist to use that. There are more underground parkings available for compact cars only. It’s very difficult to find empty parking nearby the building. Only two lifts in the lobby, make sure u take the odd number accessible lift to 3rd floor for check in. This wasn’t really being advised in advance, I spent some time to find out where is the check in office. There are multiple managements managing the Airbnb in this building. The studio room is good and clean, location is nice, accessible to malls, restaurants, 20mins to airport, can take bus from the bus station located in front of Shilla hotel just 3mins walk from the hotel. Ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall not bad despite the parking issue and also difficult to locate when you are first time here.

근처에 공항도 365번 버스로 한번에 가고 뷰도 좋고 깔끔하고 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 제주도를 방문할 일이 있다면 다시 예약하겠습니다~

음.. 이름은 힐스테인데.. 정식명칭은 힐 에스테이트..더군요. 혼돈을 줍니다. 편의시설은 전혀 없습니다. 큰 건물에 들어있는 무인텔 같더군요. 다만 청소 상태나 관리는 좋았습니다.

키오스크를 통한 무인 안내 시스템으로 실용적임. 호텔이라기보다는 시내에 있는 게스토하우스 느낌이며 펜션처럼 취사가 가능해서 편리하며, 이튿날 생수를 채워주지 않고 청소도 생략하고 시트도 안갈아줌.
