Overall great hotel and room, and the staff is very kind too. It is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation. Highly recommend it.

Location was decent, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops nearby, bring your toiletries, extra blanket is charged, car parking is available and free. Not bad for the price.

The room was well-maintained, with daily housekeeping ensuring a fresh stay, and the bathroom had a large bathtub. Nearby landmarks include Lotte Mart and Shinsegae Duty-Free, just 1km away. If you're looking for a well-located, clean, and budget-friendly hotel in Jeju with helpful staff, Hotel Cullina Jeju is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

A pretty run down place. The room smelled a bit and the mirror was degrading. It felt a bit gross staying here honestly. The window faced the wall of another place and the ceiling light was flickering while I was staying there. They seemed to have lost my reservation and needed me to provide the information while they scrambled to get it. The service was nice, however as they parked my car for me when the car park was full. Check out was smooth. Location is pretty convenient to food, but honestly might not come back. Seemed like a lot of high class people were staying here, so perhaps the higher premium rooms were more better (I was in a deluxe room though, so higher than that)

My room does not have the central AC, however, there is a small AC on the ceiling. The remote is in Korean that I can’t understand. The staff is very friendly. Mr.Moon helped me with my booking issues.

Place was great and service was on point. They even let us keep our luggage in there after checkout.

Overall is good

I love it! considering it's prices, there's not much I can complain about this hotel. The young man at the front desk was very much polite with smiley face and the location was excellent. The room amenities were so good. I would recommend this hotel anytime. in facts, this was third times I have been used this hotel in three years and I always want to use this hotel.
