Very good

The location is highly convenient, situated close to major transit routes and essential amenities, and it offers ample parking space for visitors and residents alike.

It's worth the price...location is very good..near to shillah where kook tours pick up...many restaurants nearby..and close to airport.

Aside from not cleaning the room daily, it was a lovely stay. You get what you pay for I guess but it wasn’t that bad.

The room was OK but there was one big problem. Even though we had booked non-smoking room we got the room with terrible smell. It was after 10 p.m, so we were very tired and it wasn't possible to find another room. The front desk man tried to offer us another room in a different hotel but that room was terrible, so we refused. I think the front desk man was really sorry for causing us problems but, anyway, I don't understand why they couldn't clean up after some smokers who had lived in the room before us. We had to stay one night in that room, then we packed our bags again, checked out and the front desk man promised us another room. We returned in the evening and found out that we had the same room. They cleaned up, it was better than before. So, there is a question. Why didn't the cleaners do it before our arrival? The smell was obvious and disgusting, so they could have tried beforehand. I was really upset and disappointed, this incident disrupted our plans for the next day.

Great location at the heart of new Jeju. Big, clean, comfortable rooms. Professional and friendly service on reception. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeju city.

我們定的是四人房～真的太有性價比了 乾淨整潔 房間也很寬敞～淋浴間等設備等都贊～樓下前台叔叔人也很和善幫忙～客房服務也打掃的超乾淨 ～二樓四樓都有微波爐 然後每層也有純凈水可以自取～簡直神仙酒店～下次有機會再去濟州島肯定還住新濟州酒店～也會推薦給朋友～離各種商場 emart 大創等～保健路 炸** 炸醬麪店 帶魚店 韓牛店 黑豬肉店 都很近～附近有三四家便利店～絕對賓至如歸 物超所值～^_^

房間很大很乾凈 設施也很齊全 衞生不錯 環境很好 交通也很便利呢 在市區離保健路很近 門口就是bbq炸雞也很好吃

第一次住酒店碰到這種給客人立規距一大堆！不讓這不讓那，垃圾桶的垃圾袋還要自己套，還要客人自己收拾好垃圾放門口，真的好笑！那要你們幹什麼？我住了日本的那麼多家酒店也沒這樣的，你們高貴在哪？還説什麼房間很亂罰5萬，一次性牙刷什麼的也沒。某個前台態度也不好！花錢是來自己服務自己。

幾乎沒什麼服務，廣告傳單很多，酒店還有各種各樣的規矩不讓穿拖鞋進入，設施老舊，牆上有腳印和灰，這個價格不如隔壁亞洲酒店，哎～，一大早起床有保潔大媽在我門口大聲説話，嚇**一開始以為是陌生人

酒店非常棒，又乾淨位置也好找，第二次住在這裏，即將開啟第三次旅程，計劃也住在這裏，這裏去哪裡都很方便
