They are very strict with the time for check in and check out. They don’t speak English and the communication is not very easy. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Room was very comfortable, good amount of space for luggage as well. Front desk was helpful. Luggage storage, washrooms available in lobby. Suggestions for improvement: - booking the airport transfer shuttle to hotel (freebie mentioned on webpage) was difficult as I did not have WeChat and was unable to get the app to work. As hotel outsourced to external contractor, staff said they weren't able to help. In the end, took my own cab. Maybe consider (a provider with) online web based booking system? - could consider providing charging points in lobby - could consider providing water dispenser in lobby

Before i went to airport, i redeem my luggage at the counter. The staff lazy to move out the luggage outside, straight away pull out my luggage with the extendable handle, it cause it broken immediately. It really totally spoilt my mood for the day, as it really difficult for me to drag the luggage. The staff just said sorry only😒

The environment is very nice, peaceful, and quiet, which made my stay really comfortable. There are plenty of great food options nearby, so it’s very convenient for meals. Pretty solid location in jeju city. I booked this place for one night. The rooms were nice and clean but one problem was a lack of outlets. The room also looked a bit out dated. But other than that, great stay.

The main reason for booking this hotel was that it was convenient to get to a from the airport. Haema Hotel did better than that - they provided free airport transfer and with a taxi service that was prompt & comfortable. The hotel itself was well located with eateries & shopping the moment you step out. The room itself was clean though not exciting. We were assigned a handicap room (we are not) and perhaps that would explain the awkward shower facilities. Still for the price and short stay, it was a good choice for us.

The room was quite small and not very clean. The handles of the bathroom door had some kind of tape on it. It was also quite noisy. You can haar your neighbours talkie and watching tv. The employees were friendly and helped me with an airport shuttle.

The hotel is so close to the airport. I had an early flight, so I chose this hotel to stay at, as it is a few minutes away from the airport, and there were pick-up and drop-off services that drove me to the airport at around 0530 hours.

Great place to stay, great location, friendly stuff, and clean. Very close to the airport (i took a public bus, by using visa tap to pay). I was also able to take the bus to other parts of Jeju. Location of the hotel is great, close to Shilla duti free shop, lots of sports to eat around. Would definitely recommend

Clean and quite convenient in terms of location. Old design but so far so good. Can do better though!

Great location, BHC fried chicken is just opposite. The hotel is quite old, the cleanliness was okay, but the kettle was a bit dirty with some black thingy inside.

The facilities are noticeably old and dated, but everything remains functional and clean enough for a short trip. Breakfast was just okay—nothing special, but it filled a gap. The highlight was the free airport transfer, which was fast, efficient, and greatly appreciated for an early flight.
