We had an amazing stay in Ramada hotel. The location is very convenient to explore the island. The staff is nice and friendly, always ready to help. The room is clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is clean and functional. However, it is a rather old hotel. I came to do the check at 2pm and it was not possible... they told it had to be at 3pm, well, first time that they didn't even let me do the paperwork to have it ready.

The front desk girl is very friendly, she is nice and willing to help akways. close to beach.room is kind of narrow.

Exceptional. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Cute balcony and views of the city and such great assistance from the staff too! Highly recommend.

terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. The hotel was not accomodating and the facilities were closed without notification.

We found this hotel to be a reasonable price for what they offered. Our breakfast was tasty but a bit overpriced. It was not on the beach but a short walk away from anything you’d like to have.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was update with newer toilet and a shower. Also you cannot beat the breakfast deal within hotel for the price you pay. I didn’t get the package deal with room and breakfast and paid more on coffee and a couple of pastries in the cafe on my first a few days. I wish I got the package deal from the beginning. They offer both continental breakfast style and Korea food. Everyday there was some changes in menu as well. You can have well balanced meal in buffet.

동료들과 함께 이용한 라마다 위치도 좋고 방도 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 특히 친절한 직원들 덕분에 모두 즐겁게 여행했습니다. 기프트샵에도 이쁜 물품들이 가득.. 조식이 약간 아쉬웠음…

노후 시설에비해 가격만큼은 한다는 생각 나름 깔끔하고 위치 적당하고 단점은 아파트뷰라 커튼을 열수없고 슬리퍼가 불편하고 나무바닥이 아니며 바닥 보일러가 아니라 온풍기여서 매우 건조하고 안틀면 춥고ㅠㅠ 그냥 가격만큼 하니 갈만은 합니다

함덕에서 위치는 살짝 들어가 있지만 차로 이동하시기에는 불편하지 않습니다. 시설도 오래되었지만 리모델링 되어 가성비 숙소네요.

看是温德姆旗下的酒店，懷着享受的心情。結果前台空空，全自助check in。巨大陌生的機器，機器發出的中文各種口音，搞得一頭霧水。 設施：陳舊，應該是蠻久的酒店，和如家快捷差不多。 服務：去吃早餐報房號，餐廳服務員找不到記錄，跑到前台詢問時，服務員突然恢復光明找到了記錄。 更可怕的是這個酒店規定11AM之前要check out，耽誤一小時多加收10000韓幣。吃香太難看了！難怪評分這麼低，不知道温德姆集團是怎麼要求他們旗下的SOP的，對整個品牌都有了濾鏡！
