I heard you lost your bag, so I looked it up, but there was no bag found at our hotel, and you told me to go to the police station to look for your bag, so I even helped guide you to the location of the nearby police station. And late check-out is of course a charge. The fact that you can check-out until 1 o'clock was that you can check-out at the maximum of 1 o'clock. The check-out time is originally 11 o'clock, but after that time, you will be charged, and other hotels operate the same way. If you reflect it without charge because you check-out at 1 o'clock, what are the other guests coming out at 11 o'clock? And if you look at the information we gave you when you check-in, there are information on the check-out time and the fee that will be incurred after that. We have clearly informed you. The basic annual cleaning of our hotel is to replace water, towels, and empty the trash can. The annual cleaning does not include carpet cleaning, but we will clean it if you request it. We are very sorry for the lack of communication in English. We will forward that to the relevant department so that it can be improved. There was no parking lot inside our hotel, so we prepared a separate parking lot outside, and we apologize for the inconvenience you felt.
