We stayed 6 nights, hotel location nearby the bus terminal, ease to go any interest places by bus in Jeju. Hotel staff services are kind and polite, facilities such as free drinking water are convenient for us in daily needs. The room is clean and quiet, we are quite happy to stay here, everything the hotel provided is nearly perfect but unfortunately the last night before check out, the air conditioning were malfunction ALL NIGHT, it was so weired that the on duty staff never mentioned the event when we back to the hotel after dinner until we found the air conditioning no function and called th front desk, the staff just told us "yes, air con was broken and not just your room, all rooms were no air con, that's it!" ... no idea and no action plan when will fix the problem, it seems the situation is normal for the hotel staff, so the whole night we had to open the windows glasses in order to breathe the air and listen to the car noises and people chatting loud in the street, luckily the weather temperature not high but still a bit hot without air con. Next day we checked out and returned room key to the front desk staff, no apologies for the air con issue. it seems like nothing happened. we can't believe such event management happened in a 3-star hotel.
We are willing to stay in the JEJU GALAXY HOTEL again when we visit Jeju next time, but we are afraid to encounter the "no air con" again. honestly I used to travel many countries and the "no air con" problem happened in the STAR class hotel is my first experience in my entire life, unbelievable!
