Hotel Shalom Jeju recensioner

Location is okay , near to bus stops with direct connection to airport and Seogwipo and Seongsan. Hotel is a bit dated. The best features are the room size, which is big and the bidet toilets which are like the ones in Japan.

There are different types of restaurants around the hotel area. A bus stop in front of the hotel, easy to catch public buses. Hotel staff are helpful but a few cannot understand English well. Overall is good experience

Hotel is clean and nice. The room is spacious too. Great location with shops around. The hotel staff is helpful and efficient. Very near to airport too. Good for family stay.

nice n convenient place good for stay for 1-2 nights

We had an amazing stay at Shalom Hotel. The bus stops right beside the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The front-line staff were incredibly helpful in answering our inquiries about Jeju's attractions and locations, and they kindly arranged our taxi rides. We spent two nights experiencing a Korean ondol bed, which employs a heating method that provides direct heat underneath the floor, offering numerous health benefits. The following three nights in a regular bed were just as comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed restful nights and good sleep. The rooms were well-ventilated and clean, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for short stays in Jeju!"

Nice clean hotel in a good location close to the airport, lovely staff - would stay again!

Everything is good except there is no laundry service.Btw in Jeju taking bus is tedious so we book a car for our trip in Jeju.

The nearby area has a lot of restaurants of different traditional Korean food. There are also bus stops close to the hotel and provides convenient approach to sight-seeing spots in the island.

Another great experiences at my favorite hotels in Jeju City! I can’t say enough how much I love the staff and the lovely ladies at the cafe/bakery! ❤️

Central Location, near City Hall. I came here for a holiday in March 2025. It is right in front of a major bus stop so it is very convenient.

Stayed in Rm 506. Quiet place , some stubborn stains on carpet floor. It was to be mountain view but alas not at all. Window facing building .Bring along toothbrush & toothpaste ( not provided ). If driving ,pls slowly enter narrow carpark entrance. Receptionist at hotel counter does not speak English but a lady staff who converse in Mandarin , helped.

Not even a shopping centre in the area by foot. Only one daiso and Starbucks. Room cleanliness is compromised. Staff at reception a smart gentleman speaks English and is ultra friendly compared to many other Jeju people I meet during the trip

The service was satisfactory. The staff were responsive of our request. It was a nice experience staying in this hotel since Starbucks is just 2 blocks away.
