We are regular hotel guests at the Glad hotel chain in Seoul, we have stayed at their Mapo, Yeouido, Gangnam properties many times. Naturally we wanted to try out Maison Glad in Jeju and we booked the higher priced renovated room in the Glad style as I know the Maison was not originally built as a Glad hotel so some rooms are in the older style of the original hotel. The room came with 2 bean bags instead of a sofa which is normally ok with us except both the bags and the coffee table were at a wrong height for a relaxed chill sitting posture. The very giant king bed came with 2 pillows which is in the Glad style, we usually prefer 2 pillows each person. When we asked for 2 extra pillows, we had to speak to 3 different parties and were told by housekeeping that each room is entitled to 2 pillows! Only when we told them we were regular Glad guests and that their Seoul sister properties all provided us with 2 pillows per person that housekeeping sent us 2 additional pillows but only asking us 1 more time if we were sure we needed 2 more pillows! We visited last week of April and were told ahead of time that the pool would only be opened in June, I think there may be a charge to use the pool. There is definitely a charge to use the gym because it is connected to their spa. At the other Glad properties, the use of the gym is free. We will stay at the Glad properties in Seoul again but their Jeju property is overrated and their staff highly inflexible in thinking. There are many other hotel choices in Jeju at their price point. We stayed at 3 hotels in total during our Jeju trip, the other 2 hotels both had pools opened for us and their gyms were complimentary to all hotel guests.

The corner suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful. There was a good bakery shop and a convenience shop located within the hotel lobby. Hotel is located right at the heart of the shopping district. Comes with free parking for hotel guests. Highly recommended!

Great hotel located in a great location not too far off from the airport. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. However, do note that basic amenities are not included such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hotel itself is wonderful and looks great! Great place to stay if you have the budget while in Jeju.

Excellent location and facilities, with casino, children playground, a number of different restaurants and shops in the hotel. The rooms are tidy and clean. There were English speaking staff so communication is not a problem. The staff were polite and they provide good service.

I had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad Jeju from December 11 to December 13, 2024. The overall experience was exceptional! Service: The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the entire experience stress-free. Facilities: The hotel facilities were top-notch—clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment for rest after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the luxurious amenities provided in the room. Food: The dining options were excellent! Maison Glad Jeju truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jeju. I would gladly return!

It's like being at home. Every time we visit Jeju, we choose to stay here. The location is convenient, the place is clean, and all the staff are incredibly helpful. Their ability to speak English and Japanese is especially useful in a country where English isn't widely spoken. We'll definitely be returning here time and time again.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the new downtown. It is part of its own complex with a casino, pools, glamping site, a few shops and restaurants.

Great location. Close to the airport only about 10 minutes by taxi is about 5700 K. Staff are friendly and professional. The location is close to city center.
