In fact i already booked on 14/2/2022 the room in *Trip app*, actually I'm the regular customer, before the date i mention the receptionist didn't ask me the vaccine confirmation card all but suddenly only in that date they're ask me the vaccine card to me, then "I said just came back from work"that card was at home" then they ask me to show *My Sejahtera app* in the same time my phone has no battery to show them then I ask them a "type C" cable for charge my phone then the woman on duty replied rudely once "it's not my problem if you want to come in please show me your application my sejahterah or your card vaccine" then i ask her help me for the cancellation but that women said "it's non of my business u do it by your self" how rude are her😟😟
I don't think the international homestay company need that kind of receptionist, with this I ask the household to give advice so that the employees have a little bit of a little sense of humanity. Forgive me if I mispronounced my intention to tell this for the good of the party of the company. really disappointing😌 Thank you
