While staying at this beautiful house you can spend time with friends and family in the gorgeous screened in patio containing a six person hot tub, a stunning fire pit, outdoor sectional and grill. Bedrooms consist of a king bed, a queen bed, and two twins. Each room has its own TV and cable. Great location Nicely renovated beach cottage in great location. Host was very responsive and beds were very comfortable. More toiletries/etc available than the average rental. A bit disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space because the back patio was missing a door which allowed all the lizards & other creatures to roam free.

Spacious and well located Area was nice overall, host was accommodating to an earlier check in (by a hour or two) and easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to questions, guests should know to bring your own bath gels as complementary are not provided.

New interior Good location, new interior ( totally renovated), great beds & soft sheets, nice towels, kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials tho we didn’t cook. My only recommendation would be to fix the porch screen door. We enjoyed our stay & the hot tub!

Perfect Weekend Getaway! We enjoyed every part of our stay! Josh really thought of every detail. The house was beautifully decorated, with new appliances and decor. We were so close to Hutchinson Island and its beautiful beaches. Though we experienced a day of rain which prevented us from doing the outdoor activities we had planned, we still had such a great time hanging out at the house and enjoying the amazing jacuzzi. We hope to come back again some day soon!

Exactly as described This is a beautiful and comfortable house with a host who is extremely helpful. He answered each question promptly and made every effort to make sure we were pleased. Conveniently located near beach, restaurants and shopping Bonus amenities include a hot tub in screened porch and an inviting outdoor setting with fire pit and seating…truly a taste of Paradise!

Great back yard Great back yard with hanging lights so you can hang out there at night. Convenient location near local bars and beaches. Short drive everywhere, not walkable. Newer hot tub in good condition. Nice clean kitchen and living room area. Nice big tv. Very responsive owner.
