Very new and clean hotel with great beds and a nice bath. Would stay again

Good location to hanok village.

Nice, big and comfortable room. The best is toilet cubicle, shower cubicle and the two washing basins are separated, so three people can use the big toilet area at the same time :) The hotel is within walking distance to the Hanok village which is great.

Looks nice, but no hot water in the middle of a Korean winter? When I brought this up at checkout, the two young girls behind the counter just giggled. Sometimes you do not get what you pay for. Highly unprofessional. Highly disappointed.

The jacuzzi was nice, good location.

Location was good was it is just across the bridge from Jeonju Hanok Village (about 5-7 mins' walk). Room was huge and clean. Service was staff was good too.

The only sticking point on this hotel stay was reservations needed for breakfast - despite the restaurant being empty, I was asked to go to the Holly’s Bakery instead. Otherwise, a great location and stay.

Every time I go to Jeonju, I would choose to stay at N Bridge Hotel. Location is good either I drive or not, there is a parking lot underneath the building and you can park outside the hotel on the side of the road. Public transport is just around the corner as well. Usually the room is clean, however this time one of the cups was not - no lipstick mark please. Comfortable bed - I like hard one - crispy sheet and blanket. Staffs are very friendly, willing to help always. This time, I found they do have kinds of breakfast- you need to order earlier which is less favourable - and limited room service menu as well. Cafe downstairs are open from 8am which was disappointed, but overall, satisfied. Hotel provides you 10% discount coupon for the coffee. Benefit of staying at 5th floor was I could overlook at hanok village cross the little river, and was always peaceful and beautiful. Some of the rooms have the whirlpool spa bath, some of them have no bath, indeed you have to be careful when you select the room. - mine was no bath when I got the key, and had to go down again to upgrade room with extra cost.

The location is just opposite jeonju Hanok village. Walking distance to many points of attractions. The room is per advertise. Front desk staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

The manager is the best! So incredibly patient and helpful with my complete lack of Korean. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious, modern rooms. Spa bath, netflix, air con, comfy beds. So close to Hanok Village and walking distance from almost everything I wanted to see in my 4 days here. Absolutely loved my stay here.
