畢竟是曾經的宮殿,上百年歷史的老建築,來體驗一下歷史氛圍還不錯。但是,特別現代化的設施就別想了。位置很好,交通便利。

很好的位置,在City center,步行到大馬士革門和new gate都很近。免費停車。很大的花園。早餐不錯。工作人員友好。 附近商場酒吧,對面就是警署。

We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. We initially booked a stay for our family of six from March 7th to 8th, with free cancellation until February 20th. However, we accidentally booked the wrong dates, December 6th to 7th. We realized this mistake immediately and contacted the hotel within three minutes to correct it. Although they agreed to change the dates, they refused to offer the free cancellation option that was originally available. When a family emergency arose, we requested to modify the booking from two rooms for six people to one room for five. The hotel agreed but quoted a price much higher than what was listed on their website. When I pointed out the discrepancy, they insisted I should be grateful for the change and refused to adjust the price further. Overall, the service was extremely poor. We felt coerced into keeping a booking we didn't want, with no flexibility or understanding from the hotel despite the circumstances. I hope others can avoid this place and the issues we encountered.

My wife and I arrived at this hotel on June 9th around 12:45 AM, we were checked in and to our surprise, the hotel was rather uniquely nice and clean. The rooms were good size and very clean, the location was just about 1 mile from the old city and close to many restaurants and other attraction. The area was very safe to walk at night as well. The breakfast was great, and most of all the gentleman that ran the daily restaurant operation name Shadi Shkeir was extremely courteous, respectful and attentive to your needs. However, we experienced a very bad encounter with a gentleman name Andrey whom I was told that he was the Arrival manager. On June 11th our departure day around 8 AM, as we were walking to the restaurant for breakfast, Andrey the EVIL man approached us and told us in an angry tone of voice as if we were his employees that we need to get our car out of the parking spot now. I tried to explain to him our check out time is not until 10 AM, but his aggression escalated, and it became a shouting match. Then Shadi notice what happened, he immediately intervened and said something to him in Hebrew which got this EVIL man to walk away. Incidentally, this same individual (Andrey the EVIL man) was involved in a very heated argument with 2 other gentlemen the day before in their main garden. Andrey is an angry disrespectful horrible and out of control man, that does not belong in any type of customer relation business, let alone a as a manager, he needs to be managed swiftly. On the other hand, Shadi's interference and taking charge of the situation as he witnessed what took place, demonstrated his com and collective personality, took charge of the matter, escorted us into the restaurant for our morning coffee. Then shortly thereafter, Shadi's manager Anton came to our table to extend his apology for what took place with that EVIL man and promised to report it to higher up management. I strongly believe that the owner of this nice hotel should remove Andrey from his position and should be terminated so other guests don't encounter the same treatment. Shadi would certainly make a great arrival manager simply based on the way he handled this terrible situation. Thank you Shadi for being a great host and a good man. Hopefully next time we come by, you'll be the new arrival manager. I would have given this hotel a 5 starts, but because of this EVIL man, they lost a star, hopefully they'll not lose business as well. Watch for the EVIL man (Andrey), and praise Shadi for his kind personality!!

We spent a magical evening at Sergei Palace, celebrating the 40th birthday of a friend. We were 5 couples and we spent the night at the hotel as well as had a celebratory dinner at the restaurant. The hotel staff, under the management of Andrei, were professional and very friendly. The chef, Anton, and his team were outstanding and went well beyond the call of duty to make our dinner delicious and memorable. The location of the hotel is perfect; all the major attractions of Jerusalem are a walking distance. The rooms were clean and nice and the hotel's grounds are gorgeous. We warmly recommend it for a casual visit to Jerusalem or to celebrate a special occasion!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights then went back again and stayed for two more nights in Jerusalem! For us this is the best hotel Jerusalem! It’s an oasis in a busy city. The gardens and rooms are so beautiful. Staff is so friendly! Thank you for the amazing accommodations! Can’t wait to be back in December!

We stayed at Sergei Palace for 9 nights, from April 5-14. This was part of a 4-week visit in Israel. The other nights we stayed at 5 other hotels – arranged by the tour we participated in. Our choice of Sergei Palace was initially due to a desire for a larger hotel room. This did not disappoint. Indeed, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at Sergei Palace. However, lots of room for improvement. This review serves as an open letter to the hotel manager at large, Mr Andre. Pros: - Larger room, larger bathroom, including spacious shower stall. - Clean. Wish to thank Ms Virginia, the housekeeping staff, who to me was the star of the show. On our first morning, I made a special request for doorknobs, door handles, light switches to be sterilized. Virginia came in and did so. I was very pleased by her service, cheerful attitude, and pleasant manners. Ms Virginia made us feel like we were royal visitors. - Bed was comfortable. - Corridor has nice décor. - As everyone has mentioned, beautiful courtyard. - Separate entrance to our wing. - A special thank you to receptionist Mr Bashar who greeted us each time he saw us. Cons: - Ms Elana, the manager of the hotel restaurant, this is for you: Getting breakfast at the Sergei Palace can be a real problem. You either get your food – if you have breakfast on the HOTEL’S TERMS. Or you get PART of your food. Or you get a scolding. Either way, breakfast at the Sergei Palace restaurant was not a pleasant experience. [If you care for the details, here you go: As a couple, you go to the restaurant, and they serve you a tray of food which consists of 8 little bowls of food, such as a small bowl of cheese, a small bowl of hummus, etc. I understand you can have refills. You also get your choice of eggs. Then depending on who is serving you, you may be offered a dessert (pancakes or croissants) or not. The tray with 8 little bowls is for the couple TO SHARE. However, if as a couple you have breakfast separately (for example, if one is an early riser), then you will either get scolded for not coming together because the tray is meant FOR SHARING. So then you, as the guest, apologize profusely. After all, you are on vacation and you cannot get up in the morning at the same time as your spouse. So you become an inconvenience to the restaurant staff So they tell you that to resolve this, the first person will get HALF a tray (ie 4 little bowls) and the second person will later get the other HALF (4 other bowls). But when I (the second person) came down for breakfast, my “half” tray never arrived.] - We later learned that the restaurant is managed separately from the hotel. So our star rating of 3 stars is combined from 4 stars for the hotel experience, and 2 stars for the restaurant experience. Thank you. - Receptionists were not able to answer this simple question, “Are there any restaurants open today?” It was our 3rd Sabbath in Jerusalem, and we wanted to expl

We stayed in a suite. It was very well appointed and such a nice quiet place to relax. The couryard is lovely. The location is very convenient. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was just okay. Staff spent most of their time on their phones instead of interacting and assisting guests at breakfast time. Drinks in the evening - good staff. No wine list. We did not eat here for dinner because they don't have a wine list. The server said nobody buys wine so they don't offer it. Or is it - nobody buys wine because they don't offer any choices? I would definitely stay here again if we return to Jerusalem.

The localization of the hotel is great. Old style, nice service. There is only one disadvantage - loud disco for the whole night. We could not fall asleep. How it is possible to sell rooms like that without any information?

From check in to check out this hotel exceeded expectations. A wonderful, romantic boutique hotel with great history and rooms. We would like to especially thank Andres for going above and beyond. He helped with directions and all our needs. He is truly an asset. He even contacted us when we left stuff at the hotel and held it. Great stay!!

We had an excellent stay in the Sergei Palace Hotel. The location is in the city center, very close to Jaffa street. But still it is a very quit area. Great garden! New year decorations were all around. The room was very large and clean. Nassin, the hosts is a great person. He is available ALL the time. Very kind, and very helpful. I'm sure I'll be back to this place.

we stayed on New Year's Eve in the most magical place in Jerusalem! incredible atmosphere! delicious cuisine! wonderful rooms! very clean. Thank you very much Naseem, for help in choosing a room (family with three children) the room has a beautiful interior, very clean, comfortable beds, a gorgeous view from the window 💖 we will definitely visit again!
