My experience at this apartment was incredibly disappointing. My son fell ill and had to be hospitalized, so I requested a cancellation or the option to apply our payment toward future dates. The owner flatly refused and charged us the full amount—an audacious move that was surprising, considering our situation. After seeing the reviews from other guests, I was not surprised by their refusal. Many guests reported that the description of the apartment does not match reality. Numerous guests expressed frustration when they were denied check-in after payment. Upon arrival, many attempted to reach the owner but received no response, leaving them feeling stranded. Incredibly, some guests were even asked to clean the apartment and remove garbage upon departure, which is unacceptable. Additionally, several guests noticed animal hairs on the sofa, indicating a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The owner's rudeness only added to the negative experience, as she only speaks Italian and was unhelpful in addressing any concerns. It seems that many apartments in this building are outdated and poorly maintained, with the owner showing little regard for guest well-being or satisfaction. She appears solely focused on making money at the expense of her guests' comfort. I genuinely hope that our money brings happiness to the owner, but it’s clear that she prioritizes profit over customer care. I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to think twice and look elsewhere. There are far better options available, as many others have had similarly frustrating experiences.

Nous avions une réservation de deux nuits dans cet appartement: le vendredi 7 et le samedi 8 pour quatre personnes dans le cadre d’un IronMan le dimanche 9 octobre. Nous atterrissons à 20h le vendredi 7, nous demandons alors au responsable de l’hôtel via Booking, de nous accueillir un peu plus tard (21h30) car nous sommes équipés de vélos et que nous devons voyager en car (le 1er car 30’ vers Mestre et le 2ème car 50’ vers Lido di Jesolo). Nous envoyons plusieurs messages au responsable de l’hôtel en expliquant notre situation. Celui-ci refuse notre arrivée plus tardive, et nous devons des lors réserver un autre hôtel à 22h! Et refuse de nous rembourser cette nuit du vendredi 7 car ce n’est soit disant pas dans sa politique. Nous le recontactons le samedi matin, nous arrivons dans la matinée et… PERSONNE pour nous accueillir a la réception. Nous le contactons via Booking, et nous signale que les clés sont sous le paillasson de l’appartement numéro 6. Et la… rien! (Ça aurait pu déjà être fait la veille et nous aurions pu dormir dans notre chambre hier! Aucun professionnalisme). Une concierge nous accueille… communique avec le responsable et finalement c’est l’appartement numéro 5, les clés sont soit disant en dessous du paillasson mais encore rien! Toujours via l’application, il nous demande de laisser les valises et le matériel de triathlon (dont les vélos) en dessous de l’escalier… nous refusons! Il arrive finalement a 11h45 alors que nous le contactons et sommes sur place depuis 10h30 sans personne à la réception. Une dame arrive: s’excuse du retard car a eu des funérailles? Nous réclame 8€ de caution (du coup pour les deux nuits) ne s’excuse de rien, aucun geste commercial. Nous sommes excessivement déçu et je ne recommande cet établissement a personne! A éviter!
