This was one of our favorite stays on our trip. We decided to stay one night close to the lakes so we could get an early start. I wish we could have stayed longer. Such a relaxing spot and everything was just beautiful. Well appointed rooms, the back yard area was like a fairy land. Lots of places to sit and relax and have a glass of wine. Nina who runs the place is wonderful! Warm and attentive, she made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. She also had great tips for us getting into the park and told us about a great trail that got us up to the top above the falls! Packed us a delicious lunch for our day at the lakes too. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Nina for a lovely stay!

We stayed here for 1 night while visiting the Plitvice National Park. In hindsight we would have loved to stayed for another. The lodge property was very well maintained and very relaxing - a lot of love and attention to detail. Both breakfast and dinner was offered (dinner not included) - and the food was amazing. We were very well looked after - special thanks to the lodge manager Lily who made us feel extremely welcomed (including making our scrumptious dinner). Very special kind of countryside, genuine hospitality that you don’t experience elsewhere ❤️

Excellent host (Nina) with a smile all the time! Great breakfast (large choice), we had an excellent dinner and bought a tasty lunch package for the trip to the Plitvice lakes. Nina gave us some good advices for the visit to the Plitvice lakes where we could avoir the crowded mass of tourists (sorry, we are touristes as well 😉). Excellent place to stay! 2 minutes by car of entrance 2. Do not hesitate…

Newly and high quality renovated location. Extremely friendly staff and great home made food. We can also highly recommend the dinner. There are other restaurants in walking distance as well. You can relax after a hike through the beautiful landscape in their nice garden.

This is a wonderful small lodge only 10 minutes' drive from the National Park entrance. The rooms are modern, updated, large and comfortable and well-furnished. The breakfast was superb, with excellent eggs, home-made jams, breads and a variety of cheeses and pastries. Nina was very friendly and helpful.

Top quality lodge where founder Nina, a smart, friendly and beautiful entrepreneur, welcomes guests with heart in her super clean and comfortable place and pretty garden including a delicious hearty breakfast with Nina's own oven-fresh bread. Can't think of a better homy accommodation near the stunning park.

Lilly Lilly Lilly! You and your crew were the best. Our group loved the beautiful grounds especially at night. The rooms spotless comfortable and Country quiet. Breakfast more than expected. Location near entrance 2 perfect. Lilly went above and beyond to make the six of us happy. Never in your face but seemed to know the minute we needed anything like more beer! Their local wines and restaurant so good. Even made chicken soup for my husband who was feeling out of sorts one night. Croatia we loved Plitvice and this charming full service inn! Heart to you Lilly.

It was a super experience. Quality, functionality, beauty together with art and taste all in one place. The host Nina and Lilly were so warm, caring, and pleasant. The room is very modern, and the color of the interior is so relaxing. Everything is in harmony with nature. I have been to many hotels before, but this is the first time I feel the actual place looks even better in real life than the photos.

My husband and I were traveling with another couple. We stayed at the Plitvice Holiday Lodge in early September in two Superior rooms. It was excellent. We had a really lovely stay at the lodge. We quickly felt at ease. Nina was a wonderful, welcoming and helpful host. The rooms were so comfortable and stylish. The backyard was so cozy with many options to relax outdoors either at a picnic table, or a swing chair, or lounge chairs. We also enjoyed dinner at the Lodge one night and the food was very good and their local wines were excellent. Breakfast was super with homemade jams and pastries plus breads, cheeses, fruit, etc. Staying at the Lodge was a perfect start to our vacation. I highly recommend it for couples looking for a small, intimate spot to feel "at home" while traveling.
