The rooms we got were not at all like the pictures and were dirty, blankets were all wet room was smelling very bad. When we asked to upgrade the told us to pay more than price for the better room
About service, I had exam in the morning nobody was attending calls even after telling them the night before that I would need hot drinking water

Poor customer care. No flexibility. No water. Rooms not good. Not worth for money. Highly money minded.
