Our maintenance team will conduct a thorough inspection and cleaning of the drainage system in your room, including using specialized cleaning agents and equipment to eliminate any potential sources of odor.We also have a unique ventilation system in the hotel, which is designed to constantly refresh the air in all rooms. In normal circumstances, this system helps to keep the air fresh and clean.Once again, we apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
