Jianshui Qianyu Scenic Homestay

I had the most beautiful stay in Jianshui. The hotel was clean, bright and very comfortable. The hospitality was fantastic, which as a solo traveller I was very grateful for. I was given tea and fruit on arrival and the laoban introduced me to all the key spots in Jianshui and sent me recommendations of food spots too. I was given a delicious breakfast with some of the best congee I've had in China! I really felt at home. The location is fantastic, right in the old town on a beautiful side street with a peaceful quaint atmosphere. The hotel also organised a taxi to take me onto my next destination - thank you both for a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

They were so nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great : calm but very close to all touristic areas. They were very accomodating : the lady gave me lot of touristic advices, served me tea, and let me check-in earlier and also served me breakfast a bit earlier so I could catch my train back. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the owner for the wonderful BBQ Doufu gathering they organized for all the guests. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and it truly made our stay even more memorable. The effort they put into bringing everyone together, preparing the delicious food, and creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was a joy to meet the other guests, share stories, and enjoy the fantastic BBQ Doufu in such a beautiful setting. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the evening truly special. This homestay is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and a sense of community. We are so grateful for the memories we’ve made here, and the BBQ gathering was the perfect highlight of our time.
