燕朝陽精品客棧地段好，離古城非常近，周邊各項生活都很方便。酒店乾淨衞生整潔，服務態度熱情，有求必應。早餐好吃，有停車位，值得入住。

房間寬敞軟卧設備較新，房間有沙發公共區域較大。衞生間偏大方便。前台小妹妹服務不錯。酒店離朝陽樓很近方便出行。

客棧地處臨安路附近，距離朝陽樓120米，很多古蹟都在附近，不願步行的可坐觀光車，出行也很方便。老闆娘非常熱情，又問必答，客棧包早餐，解決了外出尋找飲食店的問題。此次入住改客棧是不錯的選擇，以後再來還選這家，也會推薦給來建水旅遊的朋友。

酒店位置優越，就在朝陽樓旁，價格還算實惠，不過給我的房間是三樓的，有點破舊了，勉強湊合一晩吧，早餐還行！
