What an amazing place - more of a well put together village than a hotel. The design, the landscaping, the architecture, the variety. It was enchanting in every way.

love this hotel. it was in a huge park with several other hotels and food complexes. the breakfast wad GREAT. Our room was large amd clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel for the price, it’s just that the only good use for the hotel is when you have a flight the next day, and not needing to have an hour flight early int he morning

I stayed here for a layover overnight, but access to things made it a challenge. The complex is still too new. There’s a few hotels there. I also feel it was poorly lit. Taxi access was a challenge. I fell in the dark area outside. The gift shop was nice down the street. Food delivery required going down the street by the shuttle, so bringing bags was not easy. I tried three times for a Didi. The landscape is nice, but I have no idea why that airport area is not better developed or why it is so dark around there.

Hotel room is spacious. Everything else is good except that the bathroom leaks after shower. The water leaks into toilet & also to the exterior to the vanity top area. Just 15-20mins from airport. Free shuttle to & fro airport is a plus point. Breakfast spread is pretty good.

I arrived about 18:00 at the Hotel. When I booked the room, I special mentioned to get a non smooking room. After check in, they show me a stinky smocking room. Once complain they show me another smoking room. Then i complain again. Need to wait for about 40 Minutes. Finally got a non smelly room. Then I go to the only restaurant availabe there, which leaves more the impression of a cantione. Food was soso. Service was soso But it was late, i was tired and want just eat and sleep . When back to room and ready for sleep it turned out that the aircon does not work. its already 21:00 after compain they wanted to send housekeeper to fix it, Well, as I needed get up at 5 for my flight next day, I decided to sleep w/o aicon, which was not a good idea. Overall I dont recommend this Hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff, from the very front line to middle management, who can solve customers' problem with professional attitude, . Special thanks to manager 唐艷, her speedy helpful manner made my stay a perfect one after a tiring journey. She is super.

房間整體裝修不錯，不過對設施的保養更換確實做得不好，地板都起翹了，然後一次性的備品也用得品質比較差，這個酒店外部環境可以定義為高檔型酒店，室內的軟配套屬於經濟型酒店，早餐吐槽下，居然連咖啡都沒有，也沒有烤麪包的設備，黃油也沒有，其他的選擇也很少，冰粉和銀耳湯還算個亮點，牛奶淡如水，早餐和高檔酒店不沾邊，比經濟酒店稍微好那麼一丟丟，不過酒店離機場比較近，附近也沒有什麼其他更好的選擇

酒店環境優雅，房間整潔舒適，服務態度熱情周到，入住體驗非常滿意，設施新，空調效果很好，WiFi速度快，酒店分好幾棟樓，有免費的機場大巴，很方便。裝修比較新，打掃很乾凈。

下雨後大廳門口有積水沒及時清潔，走過的時候腳下一滑，差點摔倒。玫瑰餐廳早餐驗房卡的齊肩發的服務員既耳背，客人連續説了幾次房號都聽不清，還非常沒禮貌，和客人爭吵，直至客人問她是不是要吵架才停。早餐非常糟糕，沒什麼吃的，而且餐具不衞生。 如果是女生還是深夜到達，得練練膽量才去住，電瓶車的服務生把客人放在路邊，手一指，就讓客人自己摸黑穿過長長的綠化小花園自己去看不到人的客房樓裏找房間，真是好害怕！ 酒店很大，有不同且分散的客房樓，都是電瓶車在路邊放下客人，讓客人自己去找房號，找不着也沒人問。 房間的鏡子是壞的的（圖3），鏡子都不見了，剩個座。圖一二，大廳門口沒拖乾淨的積水。圖五六，餐具沒消毒，上耐還有沒擦乾的水。總之，不要花幾百塊住這樣服務的酒店。

第二次住了，環境很不錯，機場附近很安靜，天府機場轉機不二之選。 不足有兩點：1.早餐6點開餐，對於早班飛機的人不太友好，建議提前，此外路早太一般了； 2.送機場的大巴半個小時一班，建議加密一點。
