Joyhub Air Hotel recensioner

i checked in on the 3rd Jan. Everything with the hotel was great. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Location was good, quick walk from hotel to airport terminal. It was a very good and fuss free 1 night stay. We enjoyed it pretty much. But what i read about having able to check in luggages at the door and be able to recieve boarding passes was not make known to me. When i asked about it, the VIP security clearance passes was then passed to me and was quickly brushed off when i asked further. How to use the security clearances was not explained properly also, we end up not using it. The front desk services was definitely not befitting to the hotel standards. Training must be of priority to ensure proper communications to hotel guests what the hotel has to offer as standard benefits

Stayed in this hotel again after my late return flight from Lhasa. The room layout is different from my first stay but it's the same spacious. The view is very good - overlooking the airport and the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, perfect location as walking distance to the airport.

I liked this hotel a lot; clean as a whistle, silent surrounds. Superb breakfast buffet and a beautiful indoor pool. Make sure to bring a swimming cap as this is a statutory requirement

Very comfortable hotel, in between the 2 airport terminal, just a few minutes walk as it is link to the airport building. Breakfast buffet choices are wonderful. The 2 Joyhub hotel are at the same location, just next to each other.

Facilities and services were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices. A place we will come back for sure.

It took 1.5 hours to have my in room dinner delivered!!! Why do I need to wear a swim cap when I’m bald???

Great hotel! Because of long transfer I needed a hotel. It’s right in the airport that is so comfortable when you don’t have time to go somewhere! Especially when your transfer time is at night time. And there you can check in at night or early morning ~~ So cozy and beautiful! Highly recommended 🌸

Clean and convenient for me and families ,just 10 min walk to Tian fu airport terminal 1 and the room is spacious and comfortable,the staff are friendly …will come again

No photos, where too tired Location 100 out of 10 Comfiest room I’ve ever been to if we are talking about airport hotels. Definitely gonna book again if I’m gonna pass through

It’s a very good hotel that I lived there for my first time and you won’t regret with such reasonable pricing

Hotel is located in between terminal 1&2, which helps a lot in easing early morning flights. Its amenities & accomodations overall is good. However, hotel's front desk staffs need to be trained to handle customers, esp foreigners, properly & with care. The impression that I got was front desk staffs were cold & with un-welcoming attitude. They immediately stop smiling, looking confused and froze the moment I conversed English. The female staff even kinda brush me off and asked her male staff to handle me instead. Which to be frank, is not what we would see / expect from a 5 star hotel. Makes me rather sad and kinda regret transferring to this hotel from Holiday Inn.

Very nice hotel right between the two terminals. We arrived at 00:00am and needed to change flight from 08:00am. Hotel reception was kind and easy to communicate without any problem and offered us breakfast for each member of my family. Basically, hotels in China offer Chinese traditional foods and kids do not eat well. This time breakfast was in European style and kids enjoyed. We had pleasant night at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport. Thank you.
