This a modern, well-managed, nice hotel. The staff were hospitable and very helpful. There was a language barrier but one staff member would come and translate for the others. The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished and well-maintained. The matres was very comfortable. Thank you. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are green walking areas on the hotel property and across the street. The Breakfast and evening buffet restaurant can accommodate many people and it tastefully decorated. The Wifi in the hotel was strong and fast, unlike the place I was living in another part of Qingdao. Sadly there are only 3 airport shuttle buses running per day, many people will have to use another option.

Had a great stay with a group of friends. Service was excellent. All staff I encountered were warm, friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Outdoor pool was a real highlight.

It takes only 30 min to TAO airport. Comfortable and spacious. A few receptionists speak English which is not easily experienced in China.

Awesome Hospitality... Everything was up to the mark, from check in to stay to service to check out... Location was very central as well which helps a lot in China

Good Hotel but no milk in room had to ask for Fridge this is not ok for a big hotel
