Manjuelong Boutique Hotel Xitang recensioner

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She waited for us at the entrance to the scenic area and led us to the hotel. The same thing when we were leaving—she helped us from the hotel to the exist of the scenic area even tough there was no need as it’s very close and easy to get by. The room had a mesmerizing view. Everything was nice.

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

Housekeeping only changed the towels and dry the toilet floor. Didn’t make the bed for our 2nd night. Location is in Xitang which is convenient if you are exploring Xitang. The receptionist girl was really friendly and nice, goes beyond her role to help us when we are sick.

The location is perfect for walking around the town. The owners are very nice and friendly, they picked me up from the town gate to the hotel. I booked a room with a balcony, it’s nice to sit down and enjoying the view while drinking tea. When I checked-out, they gave me a local drink. If I go back to Xitang, definitely will come back here. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Manjuelong Boutique Hotel. We had stayed at Riverside Family Room With Balcony. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It had a great view of the river. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff will pick you up from the carpark. It is relatively quiet but very easy to find your way to the main attractions and shops. Comfortable bed and sofa.

Contacted the hotel staff when we arrived and he came to the entrance to take us to the hotel. He also helped us carry our luggage. We need to purchase tickets to Xitang at the entrance.The hotel is quiet and seem to be quite empty on a weekday. Room comes with a balcony which overlook the river view. Good photo spot too. Room furnishing is a little dated but still good for 1 night stay. Location is an easy walk to eating places, bar and shops. It is peaceful during the night and sleep quality is good.

Great stay! Excellent air conditioning. No English at check in, but we made it work and they gave us a free upgrade to a River room.

The hotel is in a spectacular position inside the old city, very close to the love bridge. Our room had a fantastic view on the river and was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was super kind and helpful. They were ready to gently satisfy all out requests, and came to pick us up from the North gate on the check-in day and they walked us back to the gate at the check-out. We loved staying here, thank you.

The hotel is not happening The design is very funny, you can't open the door if you open the cabinet 😂 The beds are comfortable The room is not clean

This was the right hotel for the perfect location. The front desk staff and all of the employees were so helpful and friendly. I Iwill come back again.

Good communication and good service

元旦跨年選擇來到西塘，十年前曾經在西塘過春節。幾經對比，選擇了這家酒店入住。 酒店的工作人員服務挺到位，會提前聯繫並推送停車地址，等確認好抵達時間，當天開車到了之後會來迎接並領路。 酒店位於西塘古鎮的景區內，距離核心地段不遠，遊玩累了可以回酒店休息一下。房間的裝修風格也十分符合古鎮的氣質，特意定了有陽台的房間，清早起來迎接25年的第一縷曙光！

古色古香，從外到內，都透露著小橋流水人家的靜謐。飯店是沿著河流而建，可以看到送子來鳳橋與煙雨長廊等著景點，既能享受五星級飯店的舒適安靜 又能感受江南小橋流水的古典氣息，真心喜歡這樣的舒適感。
