I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is perfect — it’s within walking distance to all the major attractions, which made sightseeing so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. However, the room design and facilities were a bit odd. When I took a shower, water leaked out onto the floor, which was a little frustrating. Despite that, the room was clean and comfortable, and the size was just right for a short stay. Would definitely recommend for its prime location and friendly service, but they could definitely improve the room design and bathroom functionality.

Nice hotel in front of Daming Lake. Walking distance to Baihuazhou, QuShuiTing street ,Furong Street and Chaoranluo. Very convenient to take taxi in front of hotel. Qianfoshan is about 5km away. Hotel ambient is unique with beautiful garden and ponds. However the other hotel guests with kids playing around in gym room were a bit noisy. A guest even walked around in hotel area without clothes on. Other amenities and services were great. The staffs who helped me to check in were polite and friendly. He even helped me to carry my luggage to the room.

Excellent location right across from Daming Hu and beautiful setting in traditional buildings/courtyards. Staff very responsive. But definitely don’t get a lake facing room— extremely noisy from the road/poor sound proofing, and you can’t see the lake anyway because of tree cover and low elevation. Staff kindly moved me to another inside room that was much quieter. Amenities are average (very small gym, air conditioning/plumbing kind of noisy). Overall would say stay if you want the beautiful setting/something different from a usual chain hotel, but if care more about comfort, could get better for same price elsewhere

very nice hotel directly opposite the Daming Lake and just around the corner from different restaurants and the ancient city part! nice breakfast buffet and good coffee. it is a new hotel and the rooms and the hotel area is nicely maintained.

濟南大明湖悦苑酒店完美融合歷史與現代，古建築翻新設計盡顯雅緻，琉璃傘牆、玻璃樓梯等藝術細節令人驚艷。毗鄰大明湖與芙蓉街，步行即達曲水亭街等景點，地理位置無可挑剔。客房古樸靜謐，床品舒適，乾濕分離設計貼心，部分房型可賞園林或湖景。全日制餐廳早餐豐盛。管家服務細緻周到，人文關懷滿分。停車方便，有地下停車場，地上停車場保安Galip song認真負責，服務周到，熱情好客。

設施：沒有什麼很臟很亂的情況，也沒有什麼破損的地方，覺得床墊太軟也可以幫忙翻過來會硬一點 衞生：很棒，客房服務也很漂亮，出門跟前台説一聲，回來房間整整齊齊，也不用擔心會丟什麼東西。 環境：出門就是大明湖，坐在窗户邊就能看見夏雨荷雕像，拍照一絕，還有小院花牆，拍照很出圈啊。 服務：從下車開始服務就很到位，有人幫拿行李到前台，開完房間，幫拿行李到房間，有需要的物品，二十四小時打前台電話都可以幫忙解決。 如果開車來玩，車輛可以停到地下車庫，很大也很方便，地理位置屬於景區中心，出行基本上不會用到車輛，步行或者打車幾分鐘就可以到達目的地。可以簡單做個小攻略，前台提供手繪地圖，免費的！！出來玩，地理位置，服務環境，我覺得他家都不錯。

房間乾淨整潔位置好，距離大明湖超近，晚上去看超然樓和夏雨荷亮燈都很方便，酒店工作人員服務很貼心，位置絕佳出門玩真的好方便 Nancy的服務態度真的很好，早餐種類豐富孩子們吃的超開心，愉快的旅行。

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！酒店整體設計風格大氣恢弘，從大堂的挑高空間到客房的精緻佈局，每一處細節都彰顯着高級感與藝術品味。特別要為Nancy的服務點贊！她熱情周到，不僅耐心解答我的各種問題，還主動提供了詳盡的旅遊攻略，推薦的當地景點和美食都超棒，讓我的行程更加充實愉快。這樣優質的服務和出色的環境，下次一定還會選擇這裏！

服務意識不錯，地理位置很好，酒店裝飾可以，停車保安負責。點贊👍。提個意見，希望領導層管理人注意關心一下：淋浴房有異味，房間有香味。還有內窗房其實做的不錯，有院有透氣，但是很臟沒法使用，太可惜，影響心情。
