I rank this hotel number one for my stay in China! its just so amazing, everything is neatly branded and high quality, room is well organised and everyone in the hotel is offering smile in their face, the view is incredible, the experience is unexplainable, This is a must stay hotel for anyone visiting Jinan city! For quite some time, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski in Jinan, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The rooms are nothing short of breathtaking, adorned with the finest amenities that elevate every visit into a luxurious experience. The staff here is truly exceptional, and I must give a special mention to Kris at the front desk. His warm smile and regal treatment make me feel like a valued guest every time—I can’t overstate what an incredible person he is or how much he enhances the Kempinski’s stellar reputation. Another standout is Sherry, who is always just a phone call away, resolving any travel hiccups with efficiency and grace. Without a doubt, this is the premier hotel in Jinan, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Book a stay here—you won’t regret it!

From local reviews this is the Best #1 hotel in Jinan now but is far lower than my expectation. The room air con is weak, very warm. The location is at CBD and is 1 hour ride to most attractions. The bed is hard and pillow is too soft. As a branded hotel brand the bed and pillow is not to standard. I will not visit again.

Very Good Hotel , I always prefer to stay in this hotel always , Breakfast has lot of options . We can see Jinan City from Big Window screen, rooms are very spacious.

The hotel facilities are good, but the check in service was terrible.

Friendly, fast check in and check out. Probably the best I’ve experienced here in Jinan. Breakfast was great, a huge variety of different foods and drinks. Will definitely stay here again.

AMAZING HOTEL! More than my expectations. Brilliant accommodation. With 200RMB more you can enjoy a late checkout, exceptional breakfast for two with variety of western and Chinese food and drinks, from 14:00-16:30pm you can enjoy the afternoon tea with fruit and very delicious small tuna croissant and Happy hour from 18:00-20:00pm with wine and many alcohol drinks and super delicious food. Highly recommend this hotel definitely worth the money! If I have chance I will visit it again. The view from 70th floor is SPEECHLESS insane. God is good.

I think it is the best hotel in Jinan in 2024.
