Front counter and dining service staff provided excellent services. Breakfast has great choices and the main courses change daily. During the 13 nights here, the room services has been very awesome and the staff are really friendly. Room spaces are great for family. While it is slightly difficult for the cab to drop us off in front of hotel (had to dropoff at the KFC instead), there are public buses nearby to get to the scenic areas, which is very convenient for tourists.

這個已經種草了很久，今天終於有時間來，完全沒有踩雷呀，整個過程非常過癮服務生都非常專業，動作利落乾脆，客户體驗感特別棒👍這服務，確實沒得説，推薦推薦推薦店裡空間不是很大，但佈置很集中，燈光渲染也很有氛圍不錯，客服處理問題很高效，必須要點贊🌟很棒，實物和圖片一模一樣，顏色非常鮮艷亮麗，有顏值！老顧客了，每週都來，非常值得，已經瘋狂安利給身邊的朋友們了！門口就可以停車，停車位也很多，非常nice

我在11號晚上七點左右入住 一進房間特別熱 開了一個小時的空調 還是特別熱 四月初的天氣應該是涼爽的 屋裡又悶又熱 打電話給前台詢問 前台回覆涼風沒有 開一下窗户 我理解 打開窗户後温度僅僅下降了一度 實在睡不着覺 又打給前台 説太熱了 我自己主動要了一個風扇 給送過來了之後運行聲音特別大！！我想着忍忍睡吧 凌晨一點就熱起來了 一看房間温度更熱了 ！！ 又給前台打電話 還得我自己要求找人上來給看看 來人説 這個風扇沒加水 ！！ 沒加水沒事啊 我可以理解 關鍵是也不和我説 ！加上水之後每隔十秒鐘 風扇自動報警！我就理解不了！ 服務員 前台一個勁的讓我開窗户 外面巨吵無比！！ 換房也不給換 説沒房了 讓我克服一下 從入住到第二天晚上 沒有任何人對我表示歉意 還是從攜程投訴之後第二天才給換房！ 非常失望的一次旅行

來附近參加面試，入住了本酒店，酒店環境很舒心，大床睡着很舒服，洗髮水洗頭膏質量也都不錯，樓下有免費的咖啡，性價比很高，衞生也打掃的很乾凈，可以作為來附近有入住需求的選擇.

我想請問為什麼我定的雅緻房（帶沙發）26號晚的前台為什麼要給我降級成商務房（無沙發）？
拋開服務態度，酒店就是在一個寫字樓裏，不是他們獨有，電梯廳和很多小公司在一起。。。
