Do not book at this hotel or prepay anything. They will try to scam you. We booked a tour via de reception and the operator confirmed all costs were included. The driver asked us after 5 min of driving to pay extra and when we refused he brought us back to the hotel. The reception who organized this trip refused to pay us back for no reason. We paid on our card so we canceled the payment but its good to know for other travellers how they operate at the hotel.

Big rooms in a very convenient location. You can walk to so many choices of restaurants and shops, as well as the night market. The tourist buses also stop about 10 minutes away.

Room is good. Light switches are a bit confusing. The hotel does NOT have a gym, so that was misleading

This is one of those rare cases when you get what is shown in the picture! Great hotel, has everything including a fridge. Smart assistant, smart toilet😀 Great view from the window, which you can admire while lying in the bath. Great location. Everything is great

在西雙版納也是住進孔雀樓了😚 在告莊去哪裡都好近！！ 高空泳池江景夜景也好拍了吧～👍 酒店房間進門就是大大的落地窗 窗邊江邊風景好美😍 而且房間內都是智能調控 衞生間乾濕分離還配備洗衣機大沙發大電視 不僅可以在泳池中暢遊🌊 還可以健身瑜伽房麻將 一應俱全好方便～

在西雙版納！這酒店住到我不想走… 我的天！就是説啊， 在西雙版納住的酒店，真的太好啦！ 位置特別好，交通便利， 而且走路5分鐘就能到夜市~ 房間更是讓人驚喜， 全落地窗+270°全景視野 瀾滄江美景盡收眼底呀！ 全屋智能配備， 還有公共健身房、泳池， 住宿體驗直接拉滿了！ 關鍵住得這麼好， 人均也就100+ 這性價比可太高啦， 説實話，我都想多住幾天啦， 住這裏也太幸福了啊！

景色不錯，也很安靜，工作人員態度好，問題是走廊的地板太滑了，工作人員擦完地後沒及時擦乾、也沒告知，我穿着球鞋都給滑了一個跟頭，胳膊、腿都摔青了，蘋果手機也差點摔壞了，如果是長者就要骨折了，很危險

設施：齊全 吹風機戴森 乾濕分離 房間家庭套房特別大 很舒服 兩家人一起出行真的很不錯👍 衞生：很乾凈 和家裡一樣舒適 環境：江景房 客廳 兩個卧室都能看到湄公河 晚上的夜景也很好嗎👍 很安靜 睡的很好 全屋智能👍 隨時呼叫小度 智能化的馬桶 窗簾 音樂設備 廚房 健身房 游泳池 都有 還有洗衣機👍 服務：前台美女服務很好 簡直是24小時管家式服務 早餐豐富 性價比高 地址就在景區內 步行到星光夜市 棒棒噠

感覺住在了鬧區最高的標誌性酒店內 酒店很有特色 夜晚站在酒店看着窗外的景色絕美！離星光夜市很近幾乎每天晚上都會去！酒店早餐雖然品種不算多但都好吃 椰蓉餡包子 豆沙包子 燒賣 還有米線 都好吃！不錯！

酒店位置在告莊裡，23層觀景很不錯，住了兩個房型，地中海和主播間，能看到大金塔和煙花秀，區別在於直播間是按摩浴缸，早餐雖規模小，但是足夠了。唯一吐槽的就是告莊裡太堵了，沒辦法選擇住告莊這就是無法避免的。建議來版納住兩天外面，住兩天莊裡，要不會堵的很奔潰，晚上八點半的航班，本來還打算在告莊裡吃個落日晚宴。搞的4點趕緊逃離，避免戒嚴出不去了。前台美眉的服務和接待超級贊👍👍👍，最後一天老母親病了沒能一起和我們去傣族園，多虧照料。
