The room is very big and clean, but the balcony has shattered glass and the walls all have skid marks. Other than that, the staff is really friendly and were quick to respond when i needed help

The owner is friendly, the place is in a good location, and easy to explore Jinghong and the beautiful building by the night

I stayed at this place in Xishuangbanna, and while it’s not exactly a traditional hotel, it felt more like a short-stay apartment rental. The room came with free pickup service from the airport or railway station, which was very helpful — although we did have to wait a little bit for the driver. A friendly lady eventually found us at the drop-off point near the building and took us to the room. There’s no reception or extra facilities — it’s just the room itself. The room is starting to show some signs of wear, but overall it was still comfortable and acceptable for a short stay. The location is actually great: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, making it easy to explore in the evenings. My stay happened during the Songkran Festival, so the whole area was full of energy, water fights, and celebrations. Because of this, my experience might be a little biased — things were messier and livelier than usual, but it added to the fun! If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place and don’t mind a no-frills experience, this is a good option — especially during festival time!

Perfect comfortable clean big room nice view

I was in this hotel for five days and it was amizing it near the night market and have evry thing you need in it and the rooms are big

The hotel reception is very difficult to find (no sign outside the building). Apart from that, the hotel location is excellent. Room is clean and spacious and staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely worth the price (just hard to find the reception)

Absolutely loved this apartment! Very spacious and a gorgeous balcony!! Contacted the owner through WeChat who met us outside the Accomodation to take us to the room, would definitely stay again if we were in the area

Amazing location in the alive center of Jinghong! The place is hard to find, no indication. The pool and it’s views are great! A bit crowded and not enough long chairs. Otherwise the rest is amazing and room is very clean! Recommend

房子地理位置優越，在告莊，步行就能到星光夜市，大陽台看景色不錯，一半城景一半江景，還能看日出，夜景很美麗，性價比超高！快來住！這個景色超值！ 衞生一般，服務一般 還有樓下那個杭州小籠包必須提一句，我們早上拎着行李箱退房後，説樓下買點早飯吃，買了五屜小籠包，結果上車吃都是韭菜味兒饅頭，連餡兒都沒有！真坑人，房子沒有問題，避雷樓下小籠包！千萬別買，誰買誰是大冤種！奸商****！

地理位置無敵的地方，孔雀城裡最喜歡吃看玩了，這裡有很多美麗風景的地方在那裡可以欣賞沿途美景風光，美食街店

不論白天晚上景觀都很美，這個價格還帶接機服務，也是很驚喜，接機師傅態度也是棒棒的，住這裏逛星光夜市也是超級方便
