Great service and room, I enjoyed the house personally, and my family loved the environment of the whole place. Special thank to Shirley, who contributed a lot, and arranged everything well and neat.

Overall very good experience.Nice for big family with kids and elderlies.Relaxing pace and lovely ambience.Specially highlighting staff named Taylor and 小陈 who are attentive and professional. Love how genuine are them when communicating with the guest.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Great Stay

酒店園區內綠化很美，走進去像進了天然氧吧，空氣很清新。大堂很寬敞，佈局獨特。酒店的工作人員服務態度特別熱情有禮貌，房間乾淨整潔，很安靜，陽台視野開闊。酒店的温泉泡着也很舒服，是真温泉!泡了之後感覺都放鬆了許多。這幾天活動也很多，帶小孩感覺一點都不會無聊，手工活動、泡泡浴等，小朋友玩的都不想走了。管家服務特別到位，有求必應，在用餐，娛樂等方面都有推薦。住的很開心!下次來金堂還會住這家酒店，很值得推薦！

訂的兩居別墅房型，房間不錯，設施齊全，客廳、上下卧室分佈着3個電視，樓上樓下都有泡池和洗手間。酒店整體服務不錯，細節之處都有服務，對客人要求響應得很快，管家小賀人很好，服務細心，周到。小朋友泡温泉玩得很開心。另外，訂酒店送的漢服拍照也很不錯，不管是化粧師還是攝影師都認真負責，沒有因為我們沒多選片就怠慢。是還會二刷的酒店。

成都海泉灣美憬閣索菲特酒店 超讚家庭度假體驗✨ 趁着五一假期，湊着家裡人都有空，帶着一大家子過來度假，訂了一間一居、一間二居，兩間房住着特別舒服，一家人住得寬鬆又自在。 必須好好誇誇酒店的服務，尤其是管家Ryan特別貼心周到！還沒到店入住，就提前幫我們把各項預約都安排妥當，還早早發了酒店活動時間表過來，方便我們提前安排行程，特別省心。 這已經是第二次來這邊了，説實話前兩年過來體驗挺一般的，住進去之後就沒人跟進、沒人管，服務很跟不上。這次真的改觀太大了！入住後房間有任何小問題，找管家都隨叫隨應，處理得又快又到位，全程都有人貼心照應，體驗感直接拉滿。 特別適合帶小朋友來玩，園區環境特別好，孩子最喜歡在湖邊餵魚，自己特意帶了魚飼料，蹲在魚池邊玩了好久，玩得特別盡興、特別開心。 房間收拾得清爽又乾淨，格局住着也很舒服，一點都不壓抑，一居二居房型空間都夠大，一家人住特別自在。 酒店整體環境安逸舒服，園林景色很漂亮，隨便走走逛逛都很愜意，還有温泉可以泡，玩累了泡個温泉放鬆一下，大人小孩都特別享受。 這次五一家庭出遊真的選對地方，服務、環境、親子氛圍都沒得説，對比以前進步太多，以後家人度假還會首選這裏，真心推薦給帶娃、全家出遊的朋友！ 連住享·300元消費券:贈送的消費券是無門檻隨手吃飯就用掉，實打實，早知道再多點一點😆，
