Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort

Good and clean hotel, mostly quiet room, slept like a stone. Breakfast was okay, even though the western selection was - as expected - limited. Xiao Han provided very good service and helped us with our luggage and gave us travel tips.

Booked a family room for 3 persons and got assigned to a room on 3rd floor (accesible using lift) + 1 floor up (only accesible using stairs from 3rd floor). Sound insulation was poor, honk sound from the street could be heard starting at 5am till night time. One of the window in the room unable to close hence it contributed to even louder honk noise from street below. Cleanliness is questionable as my friend has developed some rashes on first night. Breakfast is not the best but it's included with the room so no complain.

Great location with friendly and hospitable staff. Especially Hotel Staff 小王，He is friendly and helpful, he went the extra mile to help us with our luggage to our rooms, and configuring of our air conditioner. Hotel Buffet breakfast is good.

Stayed for 5 consecutive nights from 14-19 Sep 2024 Hygiene-3 The hotel’s hygiene is really sub-par, found black rubber bands left on the floor, likely left behind by the previous guest. Room cleaned, top up with fresh towels but used towels not cleared…. Taking a bath is painful as the water pressure is weak and it is difficult to adjust the temperature. The water either gets extremely hot or just turned cold. Highlighted the issues to the counter staff. They look into the issue and took action immediately, the issues persisted. Value for Money- 3 Breakfast spread was average. This 5 star overrated. It is a 3.5 star at the most. Location-5 Great location, near to the scenic with many restaurants nearby. Service-5 In general, all the front desk and service staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the housekeeper Xiao Han who is very prompt and pro-active in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

非常棒的出遊體驗，酒店從服務衞生設施軟硬件都很👍🏻，早上八點還有車送客人去九寨溝景區大門，點贊👍🏻不過本人感覺黃龍比九寨好看，四姑娘山比黃龍好看，各人看法不同，希望對大家有所幫助！

酒店品質很高，位置離景區門口很近，可安排送至景區，周圍美食很多，吃飯方便。這次定的套間，超大，床品潔凈度滿分，備有坐便套，細節到位。服務熱情周到，管家小航工作細緻耐心，有問必答，響應速度快，幫助安排後續行程很到位，給五星點贊👍，會作為九寨溝住宿首推推薦給朋友！

選了很久確定住麗呈，酒店位置不錯出門左轉100米左右就是月亮灣停車場，出門右轉過橋就是天堂口美食街，出行飲食都很便捷，酒店主動升級了房型送了小朋友早餐，房間乾淨整潔，開窗就能看見對面的彩林，我們前一天出溝當天在酒店休息了一上午，體驗感不錯

酒店非常高級，媽媽很滿意。前台工作人員很熱情很專業。酒店服務非常周到，謝謝管家小夥子小航，管家服務周到，在入住遊覽九寨溝期間，給我們周到的服務和好的旅遊建議。酒店還可以提供泡腳桶。也會幫顧客安排車前往景區。自助早餐非常好。房間裏非常好，乾淨舒適高級。酒店景色也很美。滿意。
