Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort recensioner

Location is very good and the room is spacious and clean. Love the view of the garden and the mountain at the back. Getting to JZG entrance is just a 3 - 5 mins taxi ride from the hotel and it cost about 4 yuan per person. The hotel lobby is nice and the breakfast selection is also very good. I would stay here again in the future. The staff are pleasant especially the “bigger size” lady who gave very good service but I didn’t get to know her name. Overall a good place to stay.

Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

Close to lots of restaurants and shops. 20min walk to park entrance or 4rmb for a car ride (only starts around 845am though). Clean and spacious rooms. Great buffet options

A newly built hotel. The hotel is clean and cosy. The room comes with heated pad beds which make us feel warm during a cold winter. The hotel will assign a personal bulter to each room to take care of our needs. Thank you 小航 for the service. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. The hotel is situated not too far from Jiuzhaigou National Park.

Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

Hotel is very conveniently located, about 10-15 minute walk to the national park entrance. There are loads of food option on the way from the hotel to the park entrance. Room is very clean, breakfast is rather basic though.

Nice hotel, need walk 20mins from Jiuzhaigou valley but u can choice take taxi back to hotel.

Excellent location with lots of eateries around amd few minutes drive from scenic area. Great service from staff from check in to extra amenities needed to breakfast area.

hotel is good but don't ask the hotel to book the ride for you because the staff didn't screen the driver for you at all... I've asked the hotel to book the ride for me from Hotel to Songpan. I thought if the hotel manage for me, it would be safe! but I was wrong!! becase I didn't realize that the driver I got is trying to sell the Chinese herbs to me. When we were on the way, the driver stoped by at one private place and tried to sell the herbs to us. I felt uncomfortable. Finally, I decided to pay 140 RMB for a very small amount of herbs and asked him to send us to Songpan. 酒店应该选择与他们一起工作的人。这家豪华酒店 还应该为顾客选择其他可靠的服务。 远方来的顾客感到害怕和不舒服。

Good and clean hotel, mostly quiet room, slept like a stone. Breakfast was okay, even though the western selection was - as expected - limited. Xiao Han provided very good service and helped us with our luggage and gave us travel tips.

Good location if you want travel to JZG but it’s quite noisy outside in the early morning due to our room Is facing the main road. We can hear car starting to honk from 5am.

Booked a family room for 3 persons and got assigned to a room on 3rd floor (accesible using lift) + 1 floor up (only accesible using stairs from 3rd floor). Sound insulation was poor, honk sound from the street could be heard starting at 5am till night time. One of the window in the room unable to close hence it contributed to even louder honk noise from street below. Cleanliness is questionable as my friend has developed some rashes on first night. Breakfast is not the best but it's included with the room so no complain.
