I would say everything is perfect. Staffs are friendly, strategic location, lot of nice foods nearby hotel with walking distance, room is clean. Also, the breakfast is delicious with variety of selection. Definitely will book with this hotel again if come back here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The value for money is excellent, considering the quality of the accommodations. It was very cold at night, but they thoughtfully turned on the room heater before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to my messages, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is a bit off the main road, but it’s not hard to find. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and great value!

We had a great time staying there. The hotel staff were nice, friendly and helpful since before we arrived in China. All our requests were met. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Attached pictures are the view from our room windows.

I love their hospitality, it’s extremely good. Especially how they turn on the heater first before we check-in. They provide free luggage storage too, convenient for those going to JiuZhai Valley.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Entrance. There are several convenience stores and eateries nearby. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was the same during my 3-day stay, with limited variety. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

Very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in Jiuzhaigou. The location is fine, about 3 km. to the entrance ticket check to the park. Recommended!

Generally, the hotel is good. It's still brand new. It is locater at thre end of the line when you travel from the Jiuzhaihianglong train station. The staff tried to be helpful but it's still not satisfactory based on my standard. This maybe due to their limited English but I could tell they were trying to help. We stayed there for 2 nights. The first day went well with everything provided with disposable towels and little snacks thrown in. The second day we came back with the room not made up with no towels and everything provided on the first day. We came back around 8 pm hoping to relax but couldn't. When we asked them they started to get all the things like tea and coffee and stuff. What made me disappointed was when I asked them for the towels but were suggested to use the disposable towels. The problem was that it was very cold and those wouldnt do the job. However, another lady understood what we wanted and were trying to help. I feel like they would try to help better if they could communicate with us. It's very convenient to buy a bus ticket back to Huanglongjiuzhai high speed train station. Just walk out of the hotel and look for Jiyuan hotel. It's like a 3 minutes walk only. The park itself is about 1.5 km away or a little more so you can walk there The pictures show where you get the ticket and on board to go to the train station. The breafast are ok but nothing fancy. It has many choices though but were the same everday. If you want to walk around at niight it's about 4 km away from the town center. However, there're shops around the hotel.

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels.
