Helpful stuff from the hotel especially 011, 102 they do not have their name on… so only by their numbers. I tell them where I need to go, they help me with buying the tickets and arranging the timing. They even send the guide on how to explore inside the JiuZhaiGou Valley. I guess it’s a newly renovated/ newly opened hotel. The room is nice. Just 4 minutes distance by car to the ticket entrance

Super nice hotel with great great breakfast. The room was clean, the staff super helpful, they even help me With my next destination bus booking. The breakfast consider international breakfast.

We had a fantastic overall experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was goof, and the location is very convenient. I also wanted to specifically commend the excellent service provided by butler 013 and service staff member 040.

Beautiful, newly renovated hotel. The restaurant staff is simply incredible - very service-oriented, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room is quite big and the beds were comfortable. It takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance from the hotel and costs RMB 15 by taxi. We forgot to check out and called the hotel from the train station - the front desk was kind enough to check us out virtually and did not penalize us for not returning the card keys. A previous hotel in Xi'an charged us RMB 30 for a lost card key.

The hotel is nice and clean. Location is very good, getting to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance is easy, the hotel staff can arrange different types of transport for you and it is only a short ride to the park entrance (only a few minutes ride). The fee is between 5 to 15 yuans depending on the option you chosen. The staff who served us is very sweet and helpful and her work/employee number is 101. She is extremely helpful and efficient, she answered our questions promptly and took care of our requests. Her customer service is excellent and deserves a 5 stars (5 out of 5) rating. We would stay here again.

Got a free room upgrade and room is super clean and modern. Only downside is the two single beds. Hotel is also right beside the bus station. Super convenient.

Location is great as accessible to various restaurants and souvenir shops. Next door has a bus operator that allow traveller to commute to Train station, but do take note different operator has different pick up point. Not sure is due to high demand, we were unable to check in by 2pm as the room wasn't ready.

Hotel is clean but a bit far from the entrance of jiuzhaigu. Need to take didi for about Rmb 10-15 per trip

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great hospitality, and to our delight, the hotel even upgraded our room. The upgraded room was spacious, well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. Another highlight of this hotel is its convenient location. Not only is it surrounded by various restaurants offering dining options, but it is also close to the breathtaking Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. This makes it an excellent choice for travelers planning to explore the stunning natural landscapes and crystal-clear lakes of Jiuzhaigou. The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was just average. While it provided basic options to start the day, it didn’t stand out in terms of variety or taste. However, given the hotel’s overall comfort, excellent service, and prime location, this was only a small drawback.

Just next to shutle bus station, very convenience transport from / to Huanglong-Jiuzhai train station. Room is clean modern and spacious, and breakfast buffet is pleanty of choice
