Jiufeng Holiday Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Visitor Center Branch) recensioner

The staff have very good service mind. We contacted via wechat using the translator and everything went so smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is decent. Heating floor is good There is reastaurants nearby. The hotel locate not far from jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. Can take the taxi from the hotel to jiuzhaigou around 15 yuan.

Ideal location but minimum amenities with the exception of drop off service at the national park. We didn’t use this service since it was close enough. No breakfast being offered on site though plenty of restaurants nearby. It was an ok hotel.

Very good location, can walk to Jiuzhaigou national valley by walk within 10 minutes. Surrounded with many restaurants, cafes, and convenient shops. Room was clean.

Location is good and value for the price. There is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. There is a no smoking sign in front of the elevator but people can be found smoking in the lobby in front of the elevator. The reception staff did not prohibit it. The window can only be opened halfway. It can be closed but cannot be locked. The room looks like it's undergoing renovations, there are stains, and there is hole at ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom occupies approximately 40% of the room area. There is no separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom.

Good hotel to stay at if you're visiting Juizhaigou Nature Park, if you're fine with only having hot water for about 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours at night. There is a driver available to drop you off at Jiuzhaigou Nature park, though you might need to wait a little. The hotel is clean and the basic room facilities are good like underfloor heating, super comfy beds, TV, kettle and good lighting. The hotel service for foreigners are fine, don't expect too much, like being informed if electricity goes off or anything being explained, unless you ask. If you are using translation services to chat to them, make sure you are specific and ask all the important questions, or things might get lost in translation. Another great things is that is a plaza right opposite the hotel where you can buy all sorts of things like food, clothes, toiletries and souvenirs. A good number of restaurants to choose from. I would personally recommend the Himalayan restaurant to experience the food and some singing. So location for Jiuzhaigou makes this a good option for a hotel. Did I mention the super comfy bed? :-) my reason for adding another night. There is also a bus ticket shop very close to the hotel, near luckin coffee, and assistants are pleased to assist foreigners to book.

We loved the heated floor in our room. It comes in really handy during winter in Jiuzhaigou. It’s close to a bunch of restaurants which is good since the hotel doesn’t offer food. We also got a free shuttle to the entrance of the scenic area which was a nice surprise. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t request 2 blankets, only 1 large one for the double bed. Since we are travelling as friends and not a couple, this was a little bit uncomfortable, but it was manageable. The shower was also a bit annoying since it wouldn’t keep a stable temperature. It kept going between warm and cold. Otherwise, it was really nice, the mattress is also heated which was super comfortable.

Very satisfied with the overall experience. Very, very reasonable price exceeded my expectations. Great location, just a 15-minute walk to Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park.

The location is 500m away from jiuzhaigou. There also free service ride to the entrance. There are many restaurants and shop nearby. The room is comfortable, the floor heater is great. The staff service are really good

Highly recommended. The owner is very helpful. She even drove us to the bus station to purchase our tickets. And also sent us to the bus station.
