The service was great by the front desk staffs. Very informative & helpful. The hotel provide free desert everyday. The room is clean & comfy. Will stay here again next trip.

We slept on the dodgy side of the 6th floor in front of a dark closed lounge. You have to take a step after taking the elevator up to 5th floor. The exterior and lobby of the hotel look more decent than the room. Very old but neat. The power of the shower is very weak resulting in a long and not very hot shower. We all slept well and overall that is the most important. We could left our luggage behind for the second day to Jiuzhaigou. Entrance of park is a 15 minutes walk. In the neighbourhood a lot of eateries.

Hotel is in a good location near to the Jiuzhai Valley entrance (10min walk) with plenty of restaurants. Attitude of receptionist is just so so at best without going to extra mile compared to my other better experiences. When I request for taxi service to the high speed train station, I was told flatly there is no such service provided by the hotel. Main peeve is the toilet stinks of sewage.

Guests are encouraged to use the platform to order a taxi for safety. According to the front desk, you did not mention any problems with your room during your stay. Also, when we delivered the silver ear soup at night, we asked if there were any problems with your room, but you did not tell us. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. The whole staff at the reception was very benevolent. Compared to the chosen level of the room, I expected more cleanliness. The comfortable bedding smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was served to us in the room, it lacked a second stool to be comfortable. So I can't comment on the breakfast buffet. I also don't know if the reception staff speaks English. The entrance to the valley is less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located near restaurants.

ที่พักดี สะอาด ไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ อยู่ใจกลางเมือง เดินไปอุทยาน700เมตร อากาศดี โรงแแรมอยู่ติดร้านอาหารเยอะมากค่ะ อาหารเช้าโรงแรมมีไม่ค่อยเยอะค่ะ มาพัก2คืน ส่วนตัวทานแต่บะหมี่ค่ะ อย่างอื่นเฉยๆธรรมดามากค่ะ ใครมาเที่ยวก็พกน้ำจิ้มต่างๆมาด้วยนะคะ กันตายค่ะ😄 มาพักเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ หนาวมากค่ะ โรงแรมไม่มี Heater เลยค่ะ กลางคืนนอนจะทรมานหน่อย มาเจออากาศติดลบค่ะ เช้ามาแทบไม่อยากลุกจากเตียงเลยค่ะ แต่ตอนเช้าเจอหิมะตกนะคะ

房間設施：齊全衞生：乾淨整潔環境：很方便，周圍有很多味道不錯的餐館，但是還比較安靜。服務：本來住了另一家，哪知一直斷斷續續停電，凌晨了轉戰到美侖，沒想到這裏不但沒有停電，還有空調加地暖，從零下好幾度的外面回來，簡直太温暖了。果斷再訂兩晚。前台美女還送了水果和小禮品。總之寒冷冬日，美侖是不錯的選擇。

這家酒店地理位置很好，出門吃的喝的很多，離景區也很近，步行也就十多分鐘就到了。酒店大廳寬敞明亮，香薰也很好聞。房間乾淨整潔，很寬敞，衞生間也是乾濕分離的。床品舒適，讓我在夜晚得到了充分的休息。酒店大廳有電腦可以使用，非常方便我們出行辦公，還有自助洗衣房，非常的方便服務方面，酒店員工態度熱情周到，無論是入住登記還是退房手續都十分簡便快捷。客房服務員在清潔房間時非常細心，不僅打掃了房間的各個角落，還為我送來了免費的水果和飲料。此外，酒店還提供了24小時前台服務，無論何時我遇到問題，他們都能夠及時幫助我解決。酒店的安全措施也十分到位。進出酒店需要刷卡，並且酒店的公共區域和客房區域都有監控設備，讓人感到十分安全。酒店還提供了免費停車場，非常方便自駕遊的客人。總的來説，這家酒店的客房設施和服務質量都非常出色，讓我在旅途中得到了充分的休息和舒適的體驗。價格合理，我認為物有所值，我會向朋友們推薦這家酒店。

酒店距離九寨溝入口很近，大約步行10分鐘。附近食飯、購物、衣物都有，十分方便。酒店地暖很足，晚上要關了，還要開窗。訂房一定要有窗！酒店廁所會堵水，一定要留意。只睡一晚，整體還可以

房間很不錯！又有空調又有地暖超級無敵暖和！熱水也很快！！晚上還給送了銀耳湯超級好喝！離景區也很近，屬於縣城最繁華的地方，飯店奶茶啥都有。工作人員也很熱情，推薦！（九寨溝實在是太美了！）
