Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort recensioner

Hotel is located in very scenic valley. In 10 minutes driving it’s authentic local (*******) restaurants, buggy and horse riding points. Hotel doesn’t have much facilities like spa or swimming pool, but service is excellent. Personally want to thank Tant 唐昌田, he helped to arrange all our activities. Complaints ; hotel did not get ready bar terrace (outside +27 C daytime), choice of wines very weak, all top qualities were sold out🫠

The check in flows is smooth, especially Anna and Lesly, both of them are so attentive and being helpful. The view from the room is superb! They are  very nice and well aware that my partner and myself just got back from the jiuzhaigou, offered us salt bath for relaxation. The experience is awesome in the hotel!

Very nice hotel near Jiuzhaigou. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very polite and attentive. Hotel is serving international buffet at dinner and the selection is worth the price. Overall, if we come back to Jiuzhaigou, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very beautiful hotel, able to see mountains from hotel rooms. At night can see stars. It's beautiful decorated and It's located in a beautiful valley. Staffs are very friendly.

Beautiful resort in Jiuzhaigou Valley with a view of the mountains. What really stood out was the service, the hotel accommodated a change in our booking upon arrival as we had to adjust our itinerary. Li Xu (李旭）in guest services followed up for us and he also checked to make sure that the temperature in the room was comfortable. He also went out of his way to help us with a lost toy in the room. Thank you! The breakfast selection is good, the western food could be better but given the hotel is in a more remote area it’s to be expected.

This hotel provides the best service! Anna is so considerate and all the other staffs are friendly, highly recommended

Thank you to the receptionist at hilton, especially mr Andy who are very helpful. The facilities and room are very nice , however The restaurants ( breakfast, dinner buffets and western food ) are much lower standard than what you would expect from hilton.

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.

We would like to thank Lesly Tan, the reception supervisor of Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort. She makes us feel like returning home to a true friend who is approachable, generous, and kind. She would personally guide us when we asked for directions in Jiuzhaigou, and when we encountered issues with our bookings, she went above and beyond to assist us. Besides the breathtaking sights at Jiuzhaigou, we feel that our trip would not be complete without the beautiful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort and the extraordinary encounter with Lesly. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would definitely be back again!

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

Beautiful hotel in JZG. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating too. Big breakfast selection. Love the huge bedroom too. Location is close to the park. Outside the hotel, there is a shopping area. Highly recommended.

The hotel didn’t quite meet the expectations set by its price or five-star claims. An additional issue was the persistent smell of smoke on the non-smoking floors throughout the 3 night stay, which was quite unpleasant. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
