Booked this hotel on a whim as I had to stay in Jiuzhaigou unexpectedly. The hotel is fairly close to entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance, about a. 30 minute walk. There isn't much around the area except for a convenience store. The staff is pleasant and the lobby of the hotel looks great. The breakfast provided was basic but there was some variety and it was delicious. The room is an optimal size but the bathroom was fairly small. There is Wifi and cable TV as well as a AC/heater that kept me warm.
There was hair from previous guests in the corner of the room and the shampoo/body wash and especially the toothpaste could be of better quality.

Everything in the room was broken.
The toilet was stuck, when taking a shower the whole bathroom would get flooded and the AC didn’t work.
Would not stay here again !!!

九寨溝遊玩選擇九寨之旅酒店，前台接待都很優秀，大廳暢飲奶茶，一層餐廳當地特色美食好吃，價格親民，含早餐，吃飽去遊覽九寨溝步行10多分鐘就到景區門口，3、4分鐘就是溝口客運站，房間寬敞舒適乾淨。

酒店服務一流… 櫃枱的服務員都很友善..
設備方面就有待加強。 廁所比較冷， 馬桶沒有熱墊。
水有點骯臟。 不易拿來煮水喝。
方便方面都很乾凈。 很不錯..
離景區不遠。 可是温度太冷， 還是得搭車。
最棒的地方還是很安靜。可以一睡到天亮…

酒店離景區挺近的，走路十多分鐘就能到達，酒店自身帶了餐廳，挺方便的，工作人員態度也很好，周圍也有其他的餐廳。離客運站不遠幾百米，旁邊就是國大停車場，網上買票後，上車挺方便的。

酒店地理位置還是可以的，跟隨客流正常步行至溝口需15-20分鐘左右。酒店分主樓和副樓，副樓是沒有電梯的！沒有電梯的！沒有電梯的！重要的話説三遍。預訂的時候沒有提示，這點略欠妥。衹能結合實際訂房經驗看，大床房更容易訂到副樓。建議酒店方面增加提示，或者住宿訂房前諮詢酒店確認。其他都還是比較方便的，酒店附近有便利店、小飯館。需要提示的是，酒店往溝口方向走300-400米，可以看到溝口車站（原來集散中心隔壁），這裏還是可以售賣車票的，可以按需關注。

地理位置：來九寨溝玩的，酒店位置很棒，可以直接步行到九寨溝，也不需要停車了，省了停車的煩惱和停車費
住宿體驗：環境很乾凈，也提供早餐，出來玩起得比較早，也都能吃上早餐，大堂也提供咖啡奶茶，非常暖心

環境分給到五分！裝修非常有品位，前台給我們安排的房間朝向花園，晚上十分安靜，給我們提供了一個很安靜的休息空間，房間的朝向很好，陽光沖刺，中午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，感覺很治癒，夜景也很無敵，在九寨之旅酒店感受到了優質的服務和舒適環境的完美結合真心推薦給來九寨溝遊玩的朋友們！
