Starry Sky Hotel

The hotel location is good, just beside some of the famous restaurants and about 1. 3km walk to the jiuzhaigou entrance. It's easy to get 滴滴 here so you don't need to walk. The room is clean and tidy. The lift is till level 3, if you stay at level 4, then you will need to climb one level up.

I booked this hotel to stay while in Jiuzhaigou. It’s really near Jiuzhaigou entrance, just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Outside there’s a lot of restaurants to enjoy. My room is a rooftop room so the ceiling is quite low but everything’s clean and new. The reception staffs are great!!!

1. Great location within walking distance to Jiuzhaigou Park Entrance and good restaurants/shops. 2. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We slept very well. 3. The hotel staff are warm and helpful. 4. Luggage storage is available. 5. The hotel planted some roses outside the hotel which are blooming beautifully now.

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

The staffs were helpful and nice. Pls note if u stay on 4th floor there’s only lift until 3rd floor and need climb stairs. They have 1 washing machine outside hotel but no dryer. Spotted My room with 1-2 dying wasps/bees but it wasn’t much of issue through the stay.. basic facilities wise were sufficient for me 2 night stay. Bed was abit hard and blanket was abit heavy. Bathroom door had a bit seen through coz the sticker fell off. Have restaurants nearby, but I suspect the restaurant next to this hotel (exit to the right) gave me food poisoning ( plz avoid that 1 shop that sell both hotpot and chongqing food, the staffs only smile at ppl who enter their shop and keep walking away halfway while taking order of our food 😑 she even recommended to try their hotpot which is more expensive but we don want)

Very clean & comfortable hotel with friendly staff. It’s located about 15 mins walk to JZG entrance, which is very important. We were glad to choose to stay close to entrance especially seeing people struggled to get transportation go back to their hotel which might be located further away. I will choose to stay back at this hotel again next time when I come bk visit JZG
