The Good Great Views: The scenery around the property is genuinely beautiful and easily the best part of the stay. Fresh Breakfast: Breakfast is cooked to order rather than left out on a cold buffet line, which was a nice touch. Friendly Staff: The two ladies running the breakfast service were lovely, welcoming, and very attentive. Location & Transportation Out of the Way: The hotel is inconveniently located and quite a distance from Jiuzhaigou, making daily trips a hassle. One-Way Shuttle: They will pick you up from the bus stop when you arrive, but they don't offer return drop-offs. Having to organize your own transit back is a real headache. Left Stranded: We were explicitly told someone would pick us up at the bus stop, but nobody showed up. Being left stranded after a long journey was incredibly frustrating and set a terrible tone for the trip. Room & Facilities Bathroom & Plumbing Issues: The toilet is a nightmare to use—it takes around 10 flushes just to clear. On top of that, you aren't allowed to flush toilet paper down the bowl. While that can happen in older residential homes in China, it’s really inconvenient for a hotel. Overlooked Cleaning Details: While the room looks okay on the surface, closer inspection reveals plenty of missed spots. We found noticeable stains on the sofa and towels, water marks on the wooden shelving, and grime/mold build-up around the baseboards, plumbing pipes, and shower corners. Lack of Maintenance: The exterior is clearly neglected. The roofs are heavily overgrown with grass and weeds, giving the whole property a run-down feel.

The view very mesmerizing. The staff also very helpful. The hotel very near to horse riding place.

A remote spot where I'v been looking for. There is a trail to do a hiking which shared with ATV activities. Hiking was a lovely experience with an amazing view and wild deers. The bed isn't much comfy(a hard mattress) but the pillows are fine.

Excellent and fantastic view , not near the busy spot hotels . But a bit troublesome as the hotel need to take a car to go downhill for mini mart etc

scenery was really beautiful, but location was very out of the way, feels dangerous and scary when travelling back to the accommodations especially after the sunset and during non-peak season as there are little or no other occupants.Surroundings were pitched dark and using the torchlight on phone doesn’t really work. Also, the torchlight provided in the room is not working either. Toilet and bath area is small and there’s issues with flushing the toilet on the last day.

Friendly and good service ! Will keep contacting with you before check in and pickup from huamei plaza to the hotel it’s at the mountain I think usually cars are not available to pick up or drop off at the hotel place.

A very peaceful stay with a beautiful view. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. After check-in, the staff will drive you to your room by car since it’s a bit far from the main reception. If you need transport or a personal driver to travel around, you can also request it from the hotel before heading to Jiuzhaigou — they will provide a trusted contact so you’ll feel more secure. Overall, everything was good and perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
