Four Seasons Fairy Tale Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Tourist Center) recensioner

the hotel exterior is ******* styled. the interior is modern and comfy. the room has a magnificent view of the mountain and partial view of the river. the river is clear and beautiful. the hotel is located near to the entrance to jiuzhaigou. there are many eateries around. the hotel gave a complimentary coupon for dining at their restaurant. the food portion is big and food is delicious. the aircon/heater is old, needs to be updated, luckily the weather is not very cold. the young staff are energetic, friendly and approachable.

I stayed here and extended my stay. The staff are very youthful and exuberant girls. The location is great, good value for money in general (hygiene could be improved but the room was great for the price.)

Hotel is located near to Jiuzhaigou park, within walking distance about 1km. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby, there's KFC, McD, Luckin coffee, Mixue nearby. The building is a bit old but the room and toilet is clean. Water pressure is good and the heater is working well. Staff is friendly and helpful. I needed transport to Huanglongjiuzhai train station on the checkout day, so the hotel staff helped to arrange transport which costs 100 yuan for 2 person. Thank you very much! Overall it's a pleasant stay.

Super convenient. So close to many restaurants and walkable to the jiuzhaigou. Staff are also friendly and helpful. She’s also help me to book the morning bus to railway station.

We booked two cozy, spacious rooms. The one on Level 2 appeared more dated compared to Level 4. However, the Level 4 unit had issues with the shower’s water pump (low pressure). The rooms were not cleaned after the first night of our stay. When we raised the issue, the front desk staff explained that they avoid entering rooms during a guest’s stay due to concerns about guests reporting missing belongings.

Near to the Jiuzhaigou within the distance and the shops around you. Very convenient.

Location was okay, 15 mins walk to nature park entrance. Nothing much in the area save a few restaurants selling the exact same things in the town. Cleanliness was bad, bedsheet had bloodstain, had to ask the lady to change it, toilet mat was so dirty and unusable, 2 chairs just put in a random corner which also had stains, mirror had fingerprints on them random stickers. TV remote did not work. The floor was dirty, heating poor and the heating unit did not work well. Felt cold in the room all the time even when heating was put to maximum. Hot water in the shower needed to flow for 5 mins (I timed it) before warm water came out. Overall very very old hotel with poor maintenance and facilities. The electricity card slot did not work. Did not feel comfortable at all and checked out a day early due to uneasy feeling. I would go so far as to call it dodgy. Just spend slightly more to book an established brand like HolidayInn.

Very close to the tourist spot and bus station. There's a staff who is supportive to us, find us bus ticket even though its not success, one point for the place. Otherwise, we had to wait for a long time for hot water but still no hot water from the shower but from the sink. We contacted the staff but they didn't even seem to care.

Overall ok, we only had 1 night here. Location is good near to the park

Great location, near to everything. Nice hotel, nice room. We booked for 2 days, the first day was fine but in the second day, the hear floor system turned off. The weather is very cold, even with the AC and the electric mattress, our sleep is not very comfortable

The hotel is near to Jiuzhaigou. Walk able distance. So we are not getting too tired visiting the place. We leaves the luggage at the hotel after check out in the early morning and spend the whole day inside national park. Wondeful place to visit.

Love this place. Good Location have food and shops nearby The hotel room have heat electric bed and heat/cold air conditioning which is very important for winter. Reception is helpful even they don’t speak English. Water is provided for free if you need more. Jiizhaigou entrance is walkable but better with taxi which cost about 15 yuan only. Thank you xia xia
