Kuchaman Haveli

We have stayed here for 1 night (from 7th Feb to 8th Feb 25). We had booked 4 Heritage Rooms for 8 guests through our Tour Agent - Rajasthan Holidays. Rooms are nice and decorated entirely from a heritage look n feel perspective. Room Service was quite good and prompt. Whatever we have requested, they had responded always with utmost priority. They have provided ample bottled drinking water as per our needs. Since we had dinner as part of the package, we have a good experience with food as well. Ample varieties in terms of food in dinner and breakfast. Check-in and Check-out was fairly fast and smooth. I would highly recommend this 3-star property in Jodhpur for a wonderful experience.

This looks an impressive hotel from the outside, but unfortunately does not live up to its facade. First and foremost, this is not a very nice location of the city you did not feel you want to walk the streets outside. We were firstly offered a room at the very top of the hotel which was absolute rubbish then a slightly better one inside the hotel, although we did notice passing by doors, that some rooms were better than what we were given although we had paid for a deluxe room. We have been eating street food in various cities on our travels but I did not have the appetite to eat in this establishment tea and coffee were poured from dirty flasks. The breakfast itself looked poor and the presentation cabinet was filthy. I had to give my plastic plate backon two mornings because they were covered in dried food from the night before, we only had boiled eggs as they had not been peeled. Sadly a poor version of what it may have been.

No rooftop, crapy breakfast (biscuits, one banana, one instant coffee dose or premade "sandwiches", staff that make you feel so unwelcome, hotel being refurbished (main patio, second floor...). Save time and money go somewhere else where you'll be able to enjoy the blue city and the majestic fort.

Lovely hotel near the centre of Jodphur. Impressive reception with chandelier. Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms and amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Lovely central courtyard where breakfast is served. Reception is very friendly and helpful

Arrived after a long drive from Jaipur to Jodhpur with a booking made the Manger or whatever the Judge on the front reception desk calls himself decided that he would refuse me a room based on the fact that my passport has mrs and I was travelling solo. I was left struggling to obtain another hotel late in the day. Pls never stay here don’t support this type of judgement. As I tried to explain many people from western cultures travel solo and also our passports are 10years so it could also be possible for the tourist to be a widow now. I understand completely and respect india has different standards to westerners but please also respect our freedom to travel as we wish and with whom we wish to travel . Paying the bill respecting the premises and the other hotel occupants should be the only stipulations by hotel staff to guests.

It has a beautiful architecture., felt like I was staying in a fort. The staff respond quickly when we need something. There is Hot water facility in washroom. And a rooftop view of meherengarh fort at night is very nice..
