What a nice place! Comfortable bed, instant hot water in shower, quiet, peaceful. Kitchen well stocked, better than most. Quick response from host on any questions. Definitely my go to now for Johnson City.

Visiting JC - You Want to Stay Here
We travel a lot, in the US and Europe, and this is now one of our favorite places to stay. It felt like a home. We were in town to visit family, and it was perfectly located. We ended up extending our stay, and thankfully, Polly was able to accommodate us. We loved everything about this place: immaculately clean with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom; GREAT air conditioning; new stackable washer and dryer; Roku TVs in the living room and bedrooms programmed for guest stays; easy parking. The king bed was so comfortable, we want to get the same mattress when we move back to the U.S.! You will not be disappointed staying here.

Easiest VRBO ever!
Polly was a wonderful host and the property was perfect for me and my husband for our week long visit. It was well equipped, in a great location, and lots of small details were taken care of by Polly and her husband. I will definitely stay there any time we visit!

Clean and exactly as advertised
We were in town for a quick trip and the home was excellent. I have never stayed anywhere so clean! All of our needs were met and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect!
Polly’s property is just beautiful and oh so very clean, immaculate! Everything you could need is provided from comfortable beds, linens, towels to a full kitchen. Smack dab in the middle of Johnson City made it very easy to get everywhere we needed to go for my daughter’s college graduation weekend festivities! Also!!! Polly is a very gifted artist and I was pleased to be able to purchase some of her pieces to commemorate the weekend !!

Fantastic and Cute Duplex
We needed a place to rent quickly after our original plan to stay with family fell through when our party grew. We found this place online and the price and location couldn’t have been more perfect. After making the reservation, that wasn’t all that was perfect. From the communication, to the cleanliness, to ease of getting around JC and close to my father and daughter, this was just a fantastic and lovely place to stay! I would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!
This was the perfect place for us to stay while getting our daughter settled in her new apartment. The location was perfect and it was so clean/decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We like to cook our own food rather than eat out and this worked great. Polly was available if we needed anything and loved the art work. We now have the perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter!
