Hotel is conveniently located and the cheapest in the neighborhood. However expect to be minimal service. No breakfast.

Very clean and staff were nice. Convenient location next to craft store and target. I do wish we were provided extra pillows but staff was so friendly that if I asked I’m sure they would have provided. Bathroom was very clean. Tv had good selection. I loved the desk in the room perfect for my work.

I was pleasantly surprised with this motel, check in was easy and the kind lady, upgraded me to a larger room with a king bed. The room was very clean and had all of the usual items air con,coffee maker, tv, fridge. No microwave though. Bathroom was small but was enough for me, soap,shampoo and plenty of towels. think they had made it smaller to accomodate a working area in the bedroom as there was a large L shaped desk with chair which would be ideal for working from as it had power points next to it. No amenities like a gym or pool at this hotel, and no breakfast, so this is ideal for a simple 1 night stay. Coffee available in reception if you don’t want to make your own and there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance and many many more in a 3 minute drive radius.

Looked for a bargain stop just for a quick night. Good rate and nice staff here and I was happy to find a fridge and microwave in the room. It is just s bit off i-81, just FYI, so be prepared for a bit of a short detour if you are southbound for knoxville.

The pictures offered a bigger view than accurate, but overall happy with the hotel. The women running the office was both friendly and efficient, could definitely multitask. Her husband came out to offer help, but she was on top of everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come again!

This is the third time in four years I have stayed here for the Bristol NASCAR race, which really should tell you everything you need to know. This place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located to both I-26 and 11-E. It’s a 20 minute drive to the racetrack and it’s very close to a variety of restaurants and retail. There’s a Target within walking distance, and I usually hit the Longhorn Steakhouse before I check in…….BTW, Melissa at the front desk couldn’t be any more pleasant or helpful.

Reservations.com chose this hotel for me. I did not. I wanted a room at The Hamilton Inn but was told it was booked and tge reservationist kept saying how this was a great place. I was only there because I had a certification exam at the hospital. I wanted to be close to the hospital. We were NOT happy with our room or stay. We were on the bottom floor and our room stunk so bad . It smelled like a musty basement and rotten feet. We went out and bought some stromg odor control Febreze. It lessened the smell but it was atrocious on our sinuses. All I wanted was a good night sleep with no stress before my exam but ended up wirh minimal sleep and sinus issues. Rugs and curtains need to be replaced on lower floors .. something held that smell in .. I just hope that is the only issue we experience from this place. I was very disappointed to stay somewhere like this at 114.00 for one night. I'd rather pay more and go to a nice place. We will NEVER EVER stay here again !!!

The online pictures are misleading. The staff was amazing they made as good of an effort as they could. However the place was just dirty stinking and unusable. We left within 30 minutes of arriving. Sleep in your car avoid at all cost. Smoke filled and permeated every thing in sight.
