Havona Boutique Hotel @ Mount Austin recensioner

The hotel has a potential to thrive if cleanliness is better as I can see the design and colours are all nice. The bedsheets has obvious stains, but we made do with it for the night, the next morning requested to change bedsheets. They make up our room but still did not change the bedsheets, therefore the star ratings for cleanliness and service. Need some vacuuming, the amount of thick dust accumulating feels like few weeks. For the LED TV, laggy on Malaysian channels, but ok for mediacorp channels. Hot water and iron board is outside at the shared space.

The location of the hotel is very good. Just a few minutes to Mount Austin’s restaurants and waterpark, AEON Tebrau & access to highways. I feel comfortable staying here, just that the cleanliness of the bedsheet is slightly not enough. However, the room is spacious and 2 bottles of mineral water was provided. There is a water dispenser outside too. Self service check in/out kiosk is located outdoor so I was feeling insecure at night but luckily the whole process was ok. I will still choose to stay here because of the location, I slept well during my stay and the price is reasonable.

The hotel lobby smells so good but the room has a smell of curry which I believe the smell come from neighbourhood and the window is not closed. Overall the room is okay , perfect for one day stay

It’s a simple and basic place to stay. However, the door cannot be double-locked from the inside, and the room is not soundproof—I could hear footsteps and conversations outside, as well as traffic noise from downstairs. When I was showering, I could even hear someone coughing next door as if they were right beside me. Several times, I smelled smoke in the room without knowing where it was coming from. The TV kept lagging to the point that I gave up and turned it off. To top it off, I woke up to find a large lizard on top of the curtain. I so felt I was been overcharged. It is my first time & it’s also my last. won’t be returning.

Great place for the price. The bedsheet and towels might have small stains, but it is definitely clean. Will stay again if in the area.

Havona Boutique Hotel is just a simple hotel cum motel I'd reckon. The room is just basic. Only 2 pillows were provided, if you will want another, you'd have to purchase them at the self-service kiosk at the lobby. Pillows provided were VERY SOFT. Half of window's handles are broken so some windows cannot be closed. In which will cause extra noise in the middle of the night. Toilet has no curtain or door for the shower area, and no extra floor cloth. It is a very self-service hotel, therefore do not expect service. Overall, I think it is like a 2-3 star hotel. Reasonable price for a 1 night stay. As a traveller, I'd not stay more than 2 days.

Great value for money and the hotel is quite new. Good for non fussy traveller. Don’t expect the room to be huge but it’s good enough for 2pax stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Havona Boutique Hotel. The hotel has a charming and cozy atmosphere with well-decorated rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for exploring the area. While the room was comfortable, it was a bit small. Overall, it’s a great choice for a stylish and comfortable stay.

Ok to stay,but please don't expect is big room,even thought im booking superior King room

We stayed here overnight and everything was smooth! We checked in at around 4pm, and there was an automated check in kiosk that we had to use. The room is not huge, but just enough for us. The toilet is clean and pretty aesthetic, water system is strong and there's a heater and most importantly, a pipe and also hairdryer. Toiletries and towels were all provided for, and there were 2 complimentary water. Aircon is also strong, and we had a water dispenser on our floor. Only thing is the tv connection wasn't strong, but we didn't use the TV much. Checkout was also a breeze. Thank you again!

Kiosk Check in & out very convenient. Staff also standby to guide for how to using the kiosk. So far ok 👍.
