Booked this room as a last minute accommodation for a short 1 night trip into JB. Staff were highly efficient and got me familiarised with the check-in process and details immediately upon booking. I booked at 3+pm and checked in at 5pm. The unit itself is everything you could possibly need and the bed was super comfy, really like that the tv had apple airplay functionality and that the LED lights had multiple colour options. The bottled water provided was a nice touch too, however one small thing to note is that the toilet does not have a bidet. Will definitely book here again next time.

Had a rough start. Wifi fixed for 30minutes and still no resolution. Had to ask for a room change but was initially rejected. We were very tired and just wanted the technician to leave. 5 minutes later another worker came to fix the toilet. Like hello? There are guests checking in why are you scheduling people to fix the toilet???? They ended up switching our rooms after a good 1hr after we complained. After switching the room the tv remote control has no batteries but we do not want any disturbance already. Hence the 3 stars.

Nice apartment within the R&F complex. There is an undercover walking bridge to the JB Sentral - very convenient for travel and shopping. The R&F mall offers nice food and grocery stores. It's connected to the apartment complex.

The view from our room was phenomenal, the room itself was so clean and beautiful with all facilities which exceeded our expectations despite the less cost of it.... The hospitality of the staff is also very nice.... Thanks to R&F and fuju for a comfortable stay

I came for a staycation yesterday with my family and it was the 2nd time within a week. Simply breathtaking view and the whole interior is clean and efficient. They allocated a car lot for you if you are driving in and security is there. Whatever appliances which are needed are there, some even better than hotels. Self check in as per WhatsApp instruction sent to you immediately after booking. Very responsive too! Will strongly recommend friends, couples and families to come and stay as there aren’t many hotels which are new, clean and price reasonable in JB.

Overall very satisfied! But the one and only lack because no pipe for toilet  only got tissue. Hopefully they can add on that and the homestay will be perfect!

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Modern, and Comfortable! The apartment is beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. The living space is spacious and well-lit, featuring a comfortable sofa, stylish decor, and a well-equipped open kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The room felt airy and peaceful, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. I also loved the elegant wall art, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom. One thing to note is the distance between CIQ and R&F Mall. If you’re carrying luggage, navigating the area might be a bit challenging due to the incomplete link bridge, which requires going up and down stairs. Additionally, the multiple blocks and different lift lobbies can be a bit confusing for first-time visitors, but the security staff are very helpful. The amenities were a highlight of my stay, with access to a well-maintained swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Plus, the mall offers a great variety of food options, including a supermarket and a convenient 24-hour café.
