R&F Princess Cove by FUJU with Seaview at JBCC【Adjacent to Singapore+5 mins to ClQ+Free Parking】

We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.

CLOSE to JB custom. Apartment conveniently located near RF Mall & via level 8, accessible for guests to utilise linkway bridge & crossover to the mall. Jaya Grocer is within your reach in 3-5mins from the stay making it all the more great for my stay ! Room were spotless clean, spacious enough for 1BR . I was on 20th floor. My brother booked 2BR with balcony to stay with mom & another brother. If you have a big family, highly recommend to book 2BR or prefers smoking space as balcony has table/chairs provided complete with ashtray. Customer service staff, Mr Sunny as well as his team members were speedy with replies through WhatsApp, do not hesitate to ask anything if you have any queries or in doubt. My brother and i must indeed compliment their swift communication in handling guests requests/text messages. Everything went well on our short 2D1N stay. Both my brothers were driving, ideally location is quite easy to navigate around areas / places of interest. Basic amenities around room were very useful - hairdryer - iron board/ iron - basic toiletries - washing machine - oven - fridge - Ceiling fan - air con has great temperature control - heater & water pressure is perfect - toilet comes with bidet My only constructive feedback: The 🛏️ bed's mattress was hard to sleep on, perhaps the landlord could either invest on a good high quality mattress which is durable to last through years OR implement to get a mattress topper as a substitute for a cost saver option. (At least we, the guests will not be waking up with a backache from the hard mattress) -The kitchen utensils provided in room were sufficient/ well equipped except that the two stainless steel pans were heavily used & burnt . (Not able to heat up our food next morning) -A microwave oven would have been helpful & convenient. There's so many other agents running this property rental in R&F Princess Cove, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO BOOK THE ONE WITH * FUJU * because they have a great team and response were fast. Superb & commendable customer service experience with FUJU 👍🏻 ⭐ ✨

We are so happy when finally the Trip team managed to help us: 1. Includes me where I forgot to count myself 2. Guide our taxi to the correct location 3. Assist us whenever we have queries 4. All their replies are encouraging and soothing We did not take as many pictures as all as described. The apartment area is nice, clean, safe, friendly, and breezy. My tips is we also need to participate to keep the unit clean so we can be .ore comfortable like what we experienced. You need to carry water bottles if you prefer a better taste. Cross the street is a mall where you can get all your needs from food till amenities. One durian and fruits, coconut drink stall is near by walking distance. We had a memorable time with our family.
