Overall, a very cosy, bright and clean apartment to stay. Decent size. They have fridge, washing machine etc. Really good for few days stay. The only downside is, they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper, in the bathroom of master bedroom. Guest bathroom has no toilet roll. Also, no paper like tissue paper provided in the kitchen or living room. The house has a cooking smell too, I believed the previous guest have done heavy cooking. Will book the same apartment again next time if the price is reasonable, a good deal if you a travelling with friends.

The unit is clean and spacious. Much better than a hotel. Located just near malls and immigration. They also provided toiletries and towels.  Can cook since they also have utensils.

I'm very satisfied with the place, convenient and cleanliness and the ambience itself, it's very comfortable staying and very enjoyable. I love it so much the place. Will definitely recommend it to all my friends., I will definitely come back and stay again. It's affordable and cheap.

Clean and good for a night's stay. Very near causeway. Comms via WA a little slow. Mailbox key retrieval was not comms clearly. Unit was not accurately given.

The apartment is great! Everytime I enter JB, Forest City looks like a shining gem that beckons me to visit. Now that I have stayed, I probably won't be back again. The apartment is excellently furnished and I loved staying there lots. It is the lack of nearby shopping and dining options (the mall is mostly rundown and the few customer-less stores serve Chinese cuisine, supermarket isn't too clean either) and the distance from established dining areas too far (probably unwalkable to/from eateries at Jln Wong Ah Fook despite the proximity on the map). Suitable for people who drive, not walkers.

A little extra care on cleaning is needed or else it can be a 5 star rated property.

Amazin stay in this hotel, came back for staycation multiple times, will definitely be back again for future jb trips!

The view is very nice. Location is very good. Place is really clean and spacious. All amenities are top tier and high quality. The owner is very responsive to questions, even given us instructions on what to do when checking in and out. Would definitely recommend.

The best place to stay whenever I come to Jobor Bahru, will come back once I'm here

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The facilities at Level 8 is good and well kept. Swimming pool is not crowded in the morning. Will book again in the future. Apartment comes with a good view.

It was a last minute decision to book this apartment for my family and it was just an overnight stay to prevent having to be struck in hours of jam on the next day. For this price it was reasonable with 3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen and super single bed. But there is only 1 toilet to use. So a bit inconvenient for big family. The apartment is well equipped and looked new. Everything is functional and no sewage smell. Beds were clean but a bit hard. Great sea view at level 33A and can see the new RTS line. This condo is built by Chinese developer so don’t have the level with number 4. The management should provide more directions as we had to ask a few securities guards to find out where is the location, the carpark and lobby to obtain the key to apartment. There is a small family restaurant below the apartment that served delicious food with big portion. Especially the mutton soup. It is a nice quiet surroundings by the sea but a pity it is a bit out of place and you need to drive to reach other mall.
