Great place with nice view,walking distance to mall and there's grocery shop and laundry shop nearby,room is big and clean.

Excellent place, nicely furnished apartments and great view. Highly recommend it. The condo has nice facilities and a mall right underneath.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming guesthouse, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it was perfect. Nestled in a quiet area but still close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It was the ideal balance between peacefulness and convenience.i will visit again.

LOVE IT!! The place is super clean and newly renovated. Looks exactly like the pictures and self check in/out was easy. The only downside is that the carpark is very confusing (if you're driving). Other than that, all is good!

The aircond filter is very dirty causing the wind temperature quite high although already set at 16 DegC. The aicond will turn off by itself causing us had very bad sleeping quality as we were waken up by the hot environment after the aircond turned off by itself.

I love this place! It was clean and newly renovated. Self check in was also seemless as everything was manless. Would definitely come back to stay with them! My apartment view was Singapore and I can see the bridge if there is a traffic jam and is quite helpful. This place is actually well connected to jb custom , it is walkable without grabbing over.

I had a wonderful stay. The suite was cozy and clean, with clear check-in instructions and responsive customer service. The room looks exactly like the photos. It’s about a 20-minute walk from CIQ, but taking a Grab might be a more convenient option.

Great place to stay in R&F, it is an apartment or in SG we call it as Condo. I stay in studio. Downstair can access to partial open shopping mall which is good enough. 13 Mar just opened the Cinema. There is supermarket open till 10pm, the food there is reasonable affordable. This studio have 7KG washer which is good for me to wash my clothes, only need to find way to dry the clothes. 15min walk to CIQ with bridge or along the KTMB train path. Overall, it is a good place to stay. I will definitely come back again. Great for work from JB-SG or for retirement.

Nice & friendly environment worth bringing families along & for views is a total WOW. I definitely will come again in the future if there's a plan in future & will recommend friends about the place/areas.

booked for a night and felt i wanted to stay more days there, definitely will book again in future, it is a very family friendly place.

Disappointed on the day I booked this studio & there was another cheaper studio but I chose it because I thought the studio would be special. The photos on their websites differ with what I received. The towels are smelly & wet still. Especially duo key. I mentioned them that I need car park the day before but I think they don’t really care coz no access card for me when they asked to take the house’s key in their mailbox then made me drive one round to turn back for the second at lobby to get it. I had been staying many times at R&F used to be my favourite place but honestly with another host. My strongly recommendation with Anju so please check carefully before booking
