Excellent stay … house is very clean, apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable and host is very responsive. Check in/out is a breeze. Highly recommended

Living room air condition not working, keeps shutting off. Internet connection is very bad. No connection in the second room at all. Fan and light not working in room 1. Cleanliness is not very good, can still see soap stains at shower area and kitchen sink. Have a bad smell when you enter the unit. But overall, a decent unit to just stay for a night

The 3 room unit comes with 3 double beds.. Good for families for 6.. This unit is at Level 15 for the phase 1 project.. Below is an R&F mall , which is very convenient for shopping and dining.. Check in time stated on the booking should be at 1500 hrs, but only get the key at 16:40.. Delayed check-in is not a good experience for 1st time booking with RongYu management even they extend a late check out arrangements at 1pm.. sometimes, it is about how management handles the issue with effective communication with customer service .. If they choose to ignore or not communicate with customers, then the issue will turn to disappointing, and it will not have a return business..

The location is very convenient. The service provider will create a whatsapp group on the info and reminders upon check-in. Good experience! Only it is not easy to find the parking for that block we were staying.

The room was clean and tidy, with fresh linens and towels provided. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

Kitchen equipment sufficient, room face east have morning sun. Good sea view for the next few year until phase 3 completion, currenlyt good view for RTS for the 2025/2026

10minutes walk to JB CIQ, spacious unit with amenities provided, washing machine, cooking utensils. It'll be better if laundry detergent is provided. KK mart and 711 are available downstairs.

Very good experience. No frills, easy to check in and out. Everything under 1 place. Good restaurants and also newly open womei cinema. Recommended.

Good amenities provided and the room is clean. A good place to sleep for the night while shopping during the day time. Great swimming pool and gym facilities too.

Room sizes is good. But 1 room aircon was dripping water.

Dining area aircond can't function . Bathroom Water Pump weak .
