Good budget hotel with reasonable price. Located nearby food eateries and shopping mall.

The toilet flush is rusty , white dust every corner of the toilet , bed sheet got stain and soundproof is terrible , can hear very clear when other room is flushing and talking . I got sensitive of their bedsheet , the best thing is the location , supper front of their hotel and friendly staff

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The toilet is also very spacious.The service staff are also very patient

Worst bed mattress I ever slept. The mattress is too soft and sunk my body on the mattress. Had a terrible sprained back after sleeping for a few hours. I booked the hotel for 2 days but left early in the morning and checked into another hotel. My family member also had terrible backache after sleeping. The coffee cups are stained, and the bathroom sink is poorly maintained. Poor wall insulation and had disturbing noises throughout the night. I will never ever book this hotel again. Outside the hotel entrance is filled with urine stench due to beggars sleeping outside. Poor hygiene facility management.

Booked the hotel based on good reviews, but I seriously doubt if those reviews are genuine. Room condition is not good, old, dirty and smelly. DO NOT trust those reviews.

A bit old but nice and clean hotel, all kinds of restaurants opposite the hotel，10 minutes walk to the nearest mall.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Housekeeping staff on the ball. Good location for shopping especially the Bazaar Karat.

Nice hotel for 1 day stay, near to mall and walking distance to pasar karat,lots of food in the surrounding alleys.

The place is just a short 5 to 7 miins walk away from city square. We went early but they were not able to let us check in hence we put our luggage at the counter there. The male staff was especially friendly and nice. However, I wouldn't recommend staying there for long term (aka 3D2N) as it's very noisy at night, especially when the neighbours main room doors slammed as they close the doors and its so hard to sleep at night. We couldn't have a good night's sleep till about 1am even tho we rested early about 10pm, so the sleep quality is compromised. The bed was also sunk in, and there is one bed light on the right which spoiled.

This hotel location is very convenient and near to custom and the prices u pay is just nice cannot ask for too much! Overall is good!

Service was good very near to eatery 24 hours with local food but parking is limited shopping is nearby staff can give me early check in

The only disappointment is the smell of urine at the main door of entrance.
